Kaleb was absolutely fantastic. He was on-time, everytime. He was very dependable, and knowledgeable. He was respectful of my time, my family, my dogs, and my property. We had raccoons get into our attic and set up house. Super messy, destructive and noisy. They came out immediately when we called. Kaleb our technician fit us in after a long day of work so we could get started before the weekend. He kept us updated even when we couldn't be at home by checking the house, calls and texts. He worked around a trip we had, two graduations, and a second racoon breaking in on the weekend right before clean up was scheduled. McCalls sealed up entrance spots, repaired damage, cleaned out the whole attic(by hand, Yuck), sanitized, and put in new insulation. Kaleb coordinated everything from beginning to end, and Chelsea, at their office, dealt with our many scheduling issues and last minute changes. Every worker I met was polite, pleasant, professional and very thorough. They made a very difficult situation much easier.

I have been a customer of McCall for 17 years, and until today, have had a good experience with them. I use their lawn service, termite control and pest control. Today, 04/01/22, I had a first call pest control appointment. For the past 17 years, the tech would arrive between 800 and 815. Today, the tech arrives at 9:30, an hour and a half late! No one from the office, or the tech, called me about tech arriving late.
The tech said he had to change out chemicals. However, when I talked with his manager, she told me that there was a team meeting which caused the delay. So, pick your excuse. I told the manager that this was very poor customer service and someone should have called me. No one apologized for the delay. The tech said he wasn't allowed to call customers.
My previous tech would call sometimes if he was running late. The tech started laughing at my exasperation, and I told him to leave. Rudeness, I will not tolerate. Ever since Rollins bought out McCall, the service has deteriorated. My one star, above pertains just to Pest Control. My experience with lawn service and termite service has been good so far. I hope it continues.

The Customer Service and Sales Team are so friendly, professional and prompt. I have called for service on my own home as well as my mothers multiple times. I spoke to Kelly most recently and she was wonderful. I signed my contract and she scheduled my service very quickly. She explained everything I needed to know about the sales process and the service process. 10 minutes after I got off the phone with Kelly, James called me to confirm everything. He was able to work around my schedule and made the process of a Sentricon install very, very easy. I love McCall and recommend them to anyone that will listen.

After a few weeks of hearing some sort of very loud animal scratching in my walls and having raccoons coming and terrorizing my backyard, I decided to call McCall for help. I ended up having raccoons, an armadillo and rodents. thankfully all of the animals were identified, humanely removed and the entire house was secured, as I had many entry points that I didn't even realize weren't secure. Thankfully after a few weeks of trapping, my animal problems disappeared.
Well worth every penny spent and I am grateful to Jacob for his hard work to make the exclusion mechanisms as "pretty" as possibly and communicating promptly. I use McCall for my routine termite bond as well and have no complaints!

I have used McCall's for several years now for my pest control and have never had any issues. Morgan Fowler was my tech and he was great. He was always on time, polite and knowledgeable about bugs. Shawn was wonderful. He showed up on time and was very professional and courteous for the entire visit. He got straight to work and was very focused and polite throughout the day. He worked quickly and efficiently and everything was done beautifully (even though the dogs started to dig, we caught it early, so no damage was done to his hard work). Shawn told me that he would be back in a couple of days and I said that I would check daily so that if the traps sprung early, we would let him know.
My husband misunderstood and sent in another review that said that we were told that we had to check the traps and dispose of the critters. my husband was misinformed. Shawn came back today just like he said he would and cleared the traps and laid new ones out. He even went above and beyond the call of duty and covered the top air vents to the shed just in case the critters were getting in through the upper vents.
I don't see how they could have done that without sprouting wings, but Shawn wanted to make sure that all potential entry points were totally blocked. AMAZING WORK! We have used McCalls for years and will absolutely keep using McCalls in the future. Thank you for having such a marvelous and professional team!

After 22 years of continued service, I had some home repairs that showed termite damage. They refused any liability because they state there were no active live termites, even though it was obvious to their inspector, my contractor and my painter, which were all dumbfounded that they denied ANY repair responsibility or compensation for the damage.
My termite bond was current since 1997 and they sprayed monthly. Poor customer service. I have obvious photos that shows termites did the damage! Consider this if your looking for a reputable company! 2 days after the company replied they would reach out. NOTHING! I have requested a written denial from the manager, Perry Hudson three times and NOTHING To all customers, this was their reply: We will be reaching out to your service center to see what we can do to make it better.
Thank you. GUESS WHAT, THEY DID REPLY AND STILL DENIED ANY RESPONSIBILITY. Don't reply saying you will see what you can do to make your Google reviews sound empathetic to your customers. During his inspection he did note there was sub- terranean termite damage found. After de-briefing with the management team, he verified there were no signs of live termites at the damaged sites. The company shall not be responsible for termite and/or insect damage which existed prior to company's initial treatment. Everyone, lesson learned, check with your company's policy and switch to a company that will not leave you in the dust after 22 years of service!

Do not use these people. Trust me do not use these people. The first time they came the tech didn't go around the outside of the home and knock down Cobb Webs or Dirt Daubers or anything I just told myself next time they came I'd ask for a different tech. Well months later I made appointment because of ants, they were supposed to be here on a Friday morning between eight and 12 at 1 o'clock in the afternoon I call and get the answering service the tech calls me an hour later and tells me that he's on his way now after I called and complained. Mildred O -This is the worst company I have ever encountered after paying $1,500.00 up front for McCall Service for Pest Control. You want to stay as far away as you can from this rip off company. They started off Breaching their Contract and Continued to ignore their commitment to their contract or their schedule provided in writing. Their main service person was incompetent and knew nothing about the professional aspects of his job or the contract that was provided to me for the services.
After 2 months of their of ignoring my request to service the pest control problem and only catching one Mouse by their service person and placing huge traps to catch small mice, I asked again for a professional person and my money refunded. Scott Davis said they would send out someone else and that never happened. If you want to loose $1,500.00 up front for poor poor service and continuous breach of contract along with pure frustration, you have got the right company, McCall Service.
They have a good upfront game to make you think they have the top of the line service but you get nothing but constant headache. The Regional Manager Dustin is worse than the non professionals that he send to your house for pest control. After 2 month's of this unprofessional work that their person knew nothing about and didn't even know how to trap a rodent.
The person living in the house had to tell McCall what kind of traps to get and he couldn't even do that much and When I told them in writing I did not want the same unprofessional person who knows nothing about the work he is supposed to be doing and just wasting time, Dustin, the regional manager came up with some crazy reason about there was an opening in my screen and the window is opened so he could not come back until it was fixed.
Over two months, The professional caught one mouse breached and ignored their McCall Service, Inc. contract 100% of the time and the poorest service for $1,500.00 they refused to refund me for doing nothing but frustration when they decided to show up. They need to be thrown under the jail for their flehm flam service rip off.

They do not follow through. Do not prepay them. They say they can fix encapsuled crawl spaces and they can't. The rat removal is a joke. That was 2800 dollars for about 300 dollars work I did not need. And the cleaning and repair of encapsulation was not done. If the worker you get is from the u.k. if you can't get your money back, insist on someone else. He is terrible

I rarely write reviews but with the service I received this weekend it was a must! The process to make an appointment was seamless thanks to Amber. She was patient, friendly and efficient. We managed to snag a last minute appointment because she called around to see if she could make it happen. Jeff was very responsive and addressed any and every concern we had. Our technician, Kahlil, came to the appointment on time and was very thorough with his WDO inspection. I definitely recommend McCall's and will use them again!

I was with Nelson Pest Control who did a GREAT job until they sold to McCall. My formerly beautiful front lawn is now brown. I complained about it a few weeks ago, and was contacted by a "manager" named Lee. Rude, obtrusive, and more interested in telling me how smart and educated he is than in keeping my business. When I complained about the lack of service and the fact that he interrupted me and did not listen, he told me I was "getting personal".
What a child. First, they blamed it on mower stress, then lack of water (my water bill was $460 last month), and when I told him the age of my lawn, he took off on that and said that was the reason. I thought perhaps it was fungus. They spray every month, so I couldn't think of anything else it could be. Bottom line is, he has no idea, but he sure loves to talk.
After promising to come back and look at my lawn, he never called, never showed, and my lawn is ruined because of them. He only called back after I called and canceled my service. If I could cancel twice, I would. They are awful. I got two guys from Crenshaw to look at my lawn, and guess what? Full of chinch bugs! So that's how smart he is. Can't even diagnose chinch bugs. I would not hire them. There are much better companies out there.

I called McCall to get a quote on how much it would cost for them to come out to my property to set up traps for rodents crawling in the walls. Customer service lady would not even give me a range of how much it would cost for exterminating rodents out of the walls. I called few other companies and they all gave me a price or a range of how much it would cost. Very unprofessional business practice to send an inspector to the property, charge a fee for the visit and then potentially get slapped with additional high cost price.

I used McCall for two years for my lawn. The first year was 4 stars the second year was a flop. I had to keep calling them back about weeds. Bad patches in my lawn got worse. It is in no way the can do a good job by coming every other month. Do not sign up for it. I was paying around $77 a month for service and getting very little quality from them.

We have had McCalls for several years, and had been somewhat satisfied, however in the past year the technicians stopped cleaning the eaves from spider webs and the most recent tech called to do service I told him I would be available at 4p.m. and he said he couldn't make it, I called the office and after holding for 20 minutes a woman said she would have a supervisor call and get the service scheduled, more than 6 weeks later and I have not heard a peep from them since.
I called today and cancelled our service, I don't know if management or ownership changed but I would not recommend McCalls to anyone at this point, I updated Mccall's to 3 stars because later in the day a Manager phoned me, ery apologetic, they came and serviced our home free of charge, , so we are giving them another chance.

Been using McCall lawn service for almost a year now. I run a lawn cutting service myself and they do my lawn! Our technician is well trained and knowledgeable in determining what is needed to keep our lawn looking healthy, however I've already gotten the your watering too much or too little speech when I go with what is recommended for my area.
I definitely recommend them over some other top companies in this area and so do my customers with the best looking lawns! Fairly dependable (I've only had one problem getting service on the day I requested and they comped me that month for my troubles) and reasonably priced.

Ww have been using McCall Pest Service for over 10 years and find them to be the top in their field regarding lawn spray service. Their technicians are well trained and extremely knowledgeable in determining what is needed to keep our lawn looking healthy. I highly recommend them! Honest, dependable and reasonably priced. Extremely shady and deceptive business practices. They will enroll you in a service for a period of time, and then continue to send people out and charge you AFTER THE LENGTH OF YOUR COMMITMENT IS OVER. Nowhere do they mention that you will continue to be charged AL-A-Cart and that they will continue to send people out to "service" your property unless you CALL and request them to stop.
From what I observed, they are using water downed chemicals that seem ineffective against common Florida pests. Combined with there shady, deceptive business practices and unhelpful 'it's-your-fault' customer service, it isn't surprising people don't recommend McCall. Highly advise to stay away

After using McCall pest control for over 5 years, I can say that they started out with a much higher rating. Unfortunately, they have declined to a status of less than one star in the past year. Their customer service is abhorrent.the only time they return calls is if there is a payment due. We consistently continued to have pest issues and the service techs seemed unconcerned and incompetent.
In my frustration, I asked several times to have a manager call and heard nothing. I simply cancelled, hired Ecopest, and now have NO bug problems. I will never recommend this company to anyone.they don't care.

Have used this company since 2013 and the past year and a half my yard has gone to crap. I've found out that the former branch manager was using watered down and not commercial grade products to solve my lawn issues. I called to cancel and complain and the new branch manager came out(Paul) and said he will make it right at any costs. I hope so since I had to replace my yard with 3/4 of pallet worth of sod. I believe in second chances I am eager to see how they resolve my yard issues. More to come.

When I called around to find out prices and services, the business that stood out to be the most professional was easily McCall. Give it up to the front desk. I was pleasantly surprised that the service worked around my schedule and was very professional. I began service just before Hurricane Matthew came though, and after that fun week, I called and McCall came back out to re-treat at no charge. Good customer service, friendly, and the best deal around from a well known business.

I've used mccall (previously enviro) for years for their quarterly bug service. Affordable friendly prompt service! And when i did notice any pests between services they had someone out to respray within 2 days! Recently added lawn service. Too early for results of my lawn, but my neighbor has used them for about a year and their lawn looks amazing!

Great service from McCall's. The customer service rep answered all our questions and even emailed all necessary information to me. I like that McCall Service is a part of the local community and involved with the Ocala CEP. I only patronize local businesses who give back to the community. Highly recommend McCall.
