I've had this service for the past few years. Very professional in the beginning but over the years their service has drastically declined. Very rude customer service. Save your money and go buy a few terro ant baits since that's what they used. Don't fall for the scam about rat bait traps! (Update) in response to the owners comment, I originally had my appointment for Tuesday April 19 but you called last minute and asked if I could change it and although it was inconvenient, I accepted the change.

When I called to reschedule a couple days later, I explained to Donna that my very sick elderly mother was at my house and couldn't be disturbed. My point is that you can change your schedule hassle free but when I tried, it seemed to be a big problem. Also, I was put on hold by Conrad? which I was never actually put on hold, he just sat the phone down while I listened to his entire conversation with another customer explaining that he could "actually send someone right over". Hmm, sounds like you might have had the man power after all. You then, hung up on me after realizing I wasn't on actual hold. Poor customer service again.

We were with them for several years They were very good in the beginning. I had a lot of issues with the billing and technicians not showing up. Eventually for whatever reason their product stopped working so we canceled and have found someone else. Customer service deteriorated as well.

I had two appointments with them and they never came. Never called and I had to call them both times and all they want to do is reschedule. Then the receptionist on the phone tells me that both times the technician clocked out of work for the day. Again no call I had to call them terrible unprofessional. And it's like I got to call him every other month for ant problems and they supposed to say they're the best.

Dal just finished with my house and yard and he does an absolutely amazing job. He's a great person and does a fantastic job every time. Used him for the last 4 years. Will.never use another company or worker!

I have used Pest Eliminators both personally and professionally for many years and am always impressed with their service. Recently we had a rodent issue and Trent came out and remedied the issue quickly. When I mentioned I have seen a few pests inside my home he offered to treat that as well, and did so quickly and efficiently. Trent was very professional and efficient. Once again, a good experience all around.

He called me en route to let me know to expect him and was very pleasant, fast and efficient. I have used pest Eliminators for the past 6 or seven years. We had a ant problem, Little tiny sugar ants we tried all kinds of organic was to get rid of them. Finally I called Pest Eliminators. They responded in a couple of days with an appointment and they showed up when they were supposed to. The technician who came was extremely courteous and Knowledgeable.

When we saw the ants again They responded the nest day and reapplied. They came back several times until the bugs were gone. I called them for a termite problem and the owner came out and took care of the problems and again when I spotted more the responded quickly and retreated. We did not have to tent or move out it was great. So now that I want to do a barrier around the house so no critter can get under our home I called pest eliminators again. EXTREMLEY SATISFIED!

Eddie started our service this week and he was thorough and attentive to all my concerns. He gave special attention to any areas I mentioned and was very detailed in his treatments. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond each visit. I have kids and he understands my concerns with Florida critters. I do plan on keeping them as a preventative service in the future. Pest Eliminators has done our pest control for many years. They use products that keep the safety of our kids and pets in mind - which I LOVE. Eddie was my service technician this, honestly the best one I have had yet (though all but one have been really great). He really listened and customized the exterior treatment to where the dogs/kids actually go. Really appreciate his attentiveness. A little expensive, but I appreciate the organic and natural pest control options they have.

We've been with Pest Eliminators for almost 20 years (and 4 houses!)! With my yearly plan, they come to your home and do inside & out. Then every 3 months they come to spray the outside. If I ever have a bug issue, they come out. If I have a bug question, I can email them a photo for an answer. I won't go anywhere else. I even told my son to use them when he bought his home and now he has there yearly plan too!

I cannot say enough good things about this business! We have had a contract with them for 8 years now and they have always gone above and beyond. Their prices are fair and honest. The office staff is helpful, supportive and professional. The technicians are really knowledgeable and they are genuinely nice guys.

I am really impressed with the technicians and office staff. With the contract I have, I can call and have service quickly. For instance, last week I found fleas on my dogs. Cue "Panic Mode" but with a single call, my home and yard was treated specifically for this problem within hours. Because I have a contract, no charge. End result, two days have passed and my dogs are flea free. Well done Pest Eliminators!
