They came twice. First day to spray inside my home for silverfish, spiders, millimeters. centipedes, etc. Left monitoring boxes. The next day for carpenter bees. Were professional and assuring that the problems with the insects would be solved. The owners of the company work hard to accommodate the customer. Very pleased. B

Rich from Insecta X was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He walked us around our house inside and out and was extremely thorough in his inspection. He also patiently waited for our contractor to gain access to a critical area. I just started using Insecta X and was super impressed with the speed by which they answered the call and scheduled the first visit, explaining what they do, what they use, how their products aren't harmful to the kids, dogs and cat! Jose was fabulous, kind and attentive, and took the time necessary to hear my concerns, but was efficient in setting up the plan, and I look forward to using Insecta X regularly! Service chosen was maintenance plan, to avoid seasonal spider crickets, which, just in time for Halloween, are the scariest creatures around!
