Full exterior applications extending as much as 4 feet up foundation walls and 4 feet out for all monthly and quarterly customers.

I've been very happy with evey step in the process of working with Pam and her company, United Pest Management. From the initial review of our house (when we started seeing fire ants and black widow spiders) through each quarterly visits, I always find them to deliver great customer service, they do the job well without rushing, and I feel like we get great value -- and no more bugs.

We have used United Pest Management for a few years and they are ALWAYS professional, polite, friendly and show up on time. From mosquitoes to regular bugs and bugs I have no idea what they are, I call Pam and she makes sure we are taken care of right away. We use their quarterly pest service and rarely need any pest service indoors which is great!
That means the outdoor service is doing its job. Patrick was here today because I had noticed a few earwigs inside near the door since the latest thunderstorms/rain. He answered all my questions and treated the inside and outside, was friendly and worked quickly & efficiently. United pest management has top notch service and the prices are great too!

We have used United Pest Management for years and have had a great experience. They have treated ants that pop up on occasion, the stray cockroach that comes into my garage and this year we had kudzu bugs hanging around for a while. UPM dealt w them and our problem is no more. Excellent service all around. Attentive technicians. Personal service from a locally owned company, what else can I say?

Recently purchased a house, used them for the termite inspection and treatment as well as pest control. Spoke with the owner, Pam, directly. She went out to the house to decide what treatment would be best for our home and came the day of treatment to review all the work with me. They are a family owned business - very personable, knowledgeable, responsive. Appreciated the individualized treatment plan based on our house instead of a cookie cutter treatment choice.
No scheduling issues - easy to schedule both the inspection and treatment. Her staff were respectful, prompt and easy to work with. The house was empty for a couple months prior to us purchasing, so some bugs made it their home in the interim. I am very sensitive to smells, and there was no odor associated with pesticides which was a huge plus. Would use them again and would recommend to others for termite/pest control

I really enjoy doing business with United Pest Management. They always notify me and work with me for appointment times. They have a very personal feel to the way they do business. The prices are suprisingly very reasonable which I was wasnt expecting since they would be considered a small local business. I like that I'm usually offered consistency with which technician comes to my house. The technicians are polite and informative. All my interactions with United Pest Management are always hassle-free.
