You know you are dealing with a good business when they are honest in telling you they probably cannot help you. I had Complete Pest Control come out for an assessment to see if they could do anything about a mosquito problem. They noted that "neighbors are too close to provide effective residual treatment. No major water breeding site noted on property." While I'm disappointed there was nothing they could do, I'm happy they didn't try to sell me on ineffective treatments just to make a quick grand, as other pest control companies were trying to do.

Complete Pest Control does a fantastic job. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly for a carpenter ant issue. Russ is very thorough, kind, and informative. He really stands behind his work. Russ came a week ago to handle an issue we had with yellow jackets behind the siding of our house. He showed up promptly, evaluated the area, discussed with me what he would do and the timeline for results. As of today, I have not seen any signs of the yellow jackets coming or going from the hole in the siding. Russ was great through the whole process and has always been a professional when dealing with him and the staff. I highly recommend this company.

A few weeks ago I started hearing scratching in my walls in the middle of the night and scampering across my attic floor. I spent hours researching different companies to come check out the situation and eventually landed on CPCS. They did not disappoint! Russ came out to my house and quickly determined there were mice in my house. He set numerous traps and came back to my house multiple times to check them. I have not heard a sound in my house since. Very pleased. I had a problem with mice getting into my house on the lower level through a large AC vent. Russ was very thorough and efficient. The problem was resolved by his second visit, but Russ still returned to my home 2 more times to make sure everything was okay. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

We bought our house 4 yrs ago and we always saw house caterpillars and heard something running in the walls(mice). We had several treatments and holes were plugged but it was getting worse. After reading an article about pest control that featured CPCS in the local paper, we made the call. CPCS sent Andrew out who spotted a couple of more potential. entry areas that went undetected before.

After plugging those areas and setting some traps, we caught a couple more mice and then nothing. No mice spotted and nothing heard scurrying in the walls for 3 months now. We also haven't seen house caterpillars since he left, even though we called CPCS for the mice. We paid a little more than we were comfortable with, but it was definitely worth it and we would pay it again for their expertise. I would recommend this company to anyone.

He suggested an inspection the house and quickly set up an appointment. with me. Although I cancelled the appointment at the end due to the false alarm, I would definitely contact Complete Pest Control Services again if we have any pest issue at home in the future.

We had an ant problem since 3 months ago and tried everything sold in stores. After convincing my wife we need an exterminator, I contacted Complete Pest Control Services and the technician came out and sprayed the perimeter of the house.
