A great service and experience! I contacted the business in the evening during the week via their website and the gentleman called the very next day. Answered all of my questions regarding the various services provided and we set up an appointment for him to arrive within 3 business days. That was already a pleasant surprise! The gentleman arrived on time, was just a kind and courteous person the entire visit. It's been almost two months since the initial service and I am very pleased with the results! Signed up for routine service every three months at a very reasonable rate. A big thank you to Ray for taking care of us so well!

Ray Pinner has been my pest control guy for 13 years. I was referred to him by a friend after complaining about how much the big chain companies wanted to charge. I have never had a pest problem that Ray couldn't diagnose and solve. You can't beat the price or the service. I trust him to spray in the house when we're not home and that's not something I would say about the big companies who send a different guy each time. If you need pest control in Polk County, for either residential or commercial, call Ray Pinner and I guarantee you will not find better service or a better price.

We recently moved into a rental that had a bug issue. The landlord said he took care of it multiple times and sprayed and assured us the bugs will be taken care of but when we moved in the place was overrun with cockroaches still. Mr. Pinner and his partner came out the next day and sprayed and baited everywhere. The bugs started dwindling and it took several weeks but we are now bug free thanks to Mr. Pinner. He is very punctual and professional. Thanks again for saving us!
