Denmark Tech Mr Eric was on time and did attic inspection for suspected raccoons due to foul odor coming in home. Upon inspection in attic Mr Eric didn't see evidence of although someone else said we had wild kingdom up there. However, Mr Eric throughly inspected my complaint of foul odor and he heard a noise that he said I can't place it with an animal so at first with roof inspection assumed was vent on top of house.

In short, he throughly inspected roof for openings for raccoons or squirrels found one small hole near but not big enough for raccoons! Upon final inspection of roof and walking the same path previous wild life did just 2 days before he said "Do you smell that I smell gas"! Due to my family smelling for sometime I didn't right away. In the end, Mr Eric said maam let's take cake of gas leak and I'm pretty sure that's your odor. Delmarva replaced 4-5 feet of decayed and leaking gas lines and the meter line was swollen and hissing.

Eric, our technician, was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and determined to find the root of our issue. He was honest regarding the treatment and even offered advice on other issues. Eric was patient and answered every single question we had. After my experience with two other pest control companies, I've found one I fully trust.

My pet just died, the person I spoke to over the phone was so unprofessional with a horrible attitude. Just really rude. I will never use this business. I never write reviews. But I had to write this one. I call late Sunday 3/27/2022.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I called to find out who came to my door, and someone harrible man was so freaking nasty I would never use this service. I asked who came to my door by accident, didn't respond to me and the office person, owners was nasty as hell. I would not EVER USE THEM! I don't want them in this property!

We had a squirrel getting into our attic and digging it's way through our ceiling. On a Friday morning before work my daughter saw a claw poke through her ceiling. She called and they were here in a few hours. They took care of the problem in an efficient and humane way and came out to check a couple days later. I am impressed with their service, professionalism and care.

Guy named Eric was absolutely wonderful. He's pleasant, and explained this entire process to me. I had squirrels crawling into my guest bedroom through the floorboards from the outside. They were loud and a nuisance. Eric came and got rid of them for me!

My parents live in a development where their backyard leads out to a riding stable. Recently, I noticed a hole in a garage wall and upon investigating, it was clear that there were multiple rodents that had gotten into the house. I called the company and they sent a representative out. He was very polite and professional in examining the problem and setting forth how they would solve it for us.

The cost of the initial extermination, follow up and regular pest control were quite reasonable. The representative was sensitive to the fact that my parents had dogs and cats and used methods appropriate to their circumstance.

I really appreciated the careful work of the technicians at Delmar Pest Control. The folks that came to my house and continued to check the progress of my pest situation were thorough, respectful, and helpful. Often times a technician would come to look at various spots in the house when I was home alone and I always felt comfortable with them in the house. It was a great experience working with the company and I would highly recommend them to a friend.

I reached out to Delmar Pest Control about, what I believed to be, squirrels in the ceiling. The initial meeting with Erik went very well. He was on time, professional, courteous, and explained everything that had to be done. He was very efficient. And without me having to call, he sent a representative out the next week to check the trap. The second representative was just as professional and courteous. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I am receiving.

I wouldn't even give this company one star. Please don't use this company they rip me off for over $500 dollars and never provided the service they promised. I paid them and never heard from them again. I had to dispute the charge with a credit card company. This company is pure garbage.

Gen W-R Hockessin, DE Delmar Pest Control is wonderful to work with! They always answer the phone promptlly, and they respond quickly to any situation. We have used them for 7-8 years, and there is NOTHING they can't cope with: spiders, ants, bees, boring insects, mice, squirrels - even flying squirrels! Living in the woods is lovely, but we have more than our fair share of unwelcome visitors.

The technicians are awesome - Eric and Mike are incredibly knowledgeable, always polite and friendly. Delmar recently did a termite inspection and treatment as we are selling our home, and their thoroughness and competitive price were a big help!

No show! Spare yourself the grief! I was told a technician would be at the job site by 3 with a 30 minute call prior. I coordinated my roofer to be there shortly after, as they couldn't complete there work due to wasps. At 3 I received a call that Delmar was NOT going to show up. The roofer left the job site and now I have to deal with 2 straight days of rainwater pouring in a house. Nice work Jerk-***s

We had Delmar Pest Control out to the house today to perform an inspection. I called yesterday, scheduled the inspection and was told they would arrive today between a given timeframe. The technician arrived on time, was extremely professional and performed the inspection to perfection. Please commend your technician Steve P. on a job well done! We highly recommend Delmar Termite & Pest Control!

After reading the ratings on Yelp, I decided last night to call Delmar Termite & Pest Control because the mice were having a party at my place. The next day, the technician Eric stopped by to assess the situation. Eric is clearly very knowledgeable about his profession. I couldn't believe how he climbed all through the attic crawl spaces and took pictures to present a clear assessment of the situation. All I can say is that I'm very happy with Eric. He's a great asset to his company, and from now on, if necessary, I'll call Delmar first. Great job.

I love Delmar, although not the reasons I have to call them. They always come when called and take care of the problem. The technicians are friendly and always explain the trouble and what they are doing. The phone representative is patient and helpful. We have inconvenienced them on more than one occasion by not being there when they come for various reasons, and they always contact us and help us reschedule. The service location is not our home which sometimes makes scheduling tricky, but they are always accomodating. They also get the job done. I recommend them highly.

On Monday, I called Delmar around 7am with a skunk stuck in my window well, I was pretty upset and freaked out! Your technician arrived at my house by 8am, he checked out the situation and immediately put me at ease. He adjusted the 2x4 that I had dropped into the window well and assured me that the skunk would be gone by morning - or he would come back. Well the skunk escaped just like he said. So thrilled with thier service and response time.

There is little to no communication between the management, receptionist, and technicians. We have used Delmar for 4 years and continue to have the same issues with ants, spiders, AND the staff. Either the technicians showed up before the designated time slot or didn't show up at all. I believe this was due to the receptionists inability to correctly schedule appointments.

The technicians themselves, especially Freddy, were very kind and even put on the booties before entering our home. I do not believe that the issues were the techs fault, but it has caused us to cancel our service. Also it was $80 per quarterly visit AND each additional time (which was a lot because the infestations were never taken care of completely)!
