How do I get started. Fred showed up when asked to help with bats in our attic. Got a date scheduled he asked us what was going on explained we could here them but never in the house. Husband pointed out an area he thought might be an entry. Fred put up some exit screen and said he would be back in 30 days to look over again. Paid him and he gave us a 5 year guarantee contract.

After many calls he never has shown up screen is still on house and our dogs are barking constantly at the scratching and sounds of bats. Have sent numerous texts and calls. One time when I did get a call back he says he says has been there but someone is home all the time and never has he shown up. It has been over one year and cannot believe the poor service we have had. I would discourage anyone that is considering this company.

We had bats in our attached garage/attic. Fred came out, identified the access points, installed a one way door and sealed the other points. Within a couple of days we no longer heard the bats and have not seen a single sign of them. Very pleased with our results and would highly recommend.

I had Fred at my house in 2016 for bats. I was not at home when he serviced my home. When I arrived home he said had found some access points and then sealed them up and put his bat door on. His charge was right around $700 telling me he was so much cheaper than his competitors who charged $2000. I was told to call him in 30 days to remove the bat door, which I did.

Like one of his other customers stated, no answer. I finally got a hold of him about a year later and said he would be there n in 2 weeks. Just like Fred, he is there when there is money to collect, but no show if there is no benefit for him. I had to give this rip off company a star, but one star is too much! I still have bats. Allpro Pest Managment was on the ball helping us get rid of bats in our attic. We live in a wooded area and we can see bats in the evenings but we have not had one in the house since AllPro did the inspection and blocked the places the bats were getting in. When we had our roof replaced, Fred was quick to respond and came right out to make sure our place was still sealed up. His service was worth the money we paid and we would highly recommend his reliable, and effective service.

I would not recommend! We paid for a 5 year guarantee contract with him. If we had any more issues with bats he said would take care of it. Well we are having issues again and he won't answer call and his answering machine is always full. He will respond to text but don't believe anything he says. He has told me more then 3 times he was coming but never showed.

After multiple texts he finally replied asking if I was having bats again as he already had been to my house. He never called saying he was there or left anything on my door and we were still having issues with bats. I work from home so I would know if someone was working on my roof. He said he would let me know once he got to the office if he did for sure go to my house. big surprise I never heard from him.

I contacted Fred concerning a bat in my home. He responded in a very timely manner and was able to inspect my roof the same day, sealing the cracks and placing a bat door. Overall I am very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and courtesy shown to me. I highly recommend Allpro Pest Mangement.
