Been a great customer for years. Called because I had a problem that I needed someone to come out and they said they said it would be 24 hours before someone would call me back. Twenty-four hours later, was told they were busy and would call in the next couple of days. NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS? Is this how you treat a good customer!? Pitiful

I had a termite certificate with this company that I inherited when I purchased our current home. The first year they did the inspection without incident. The next year my husband and I had our first child. I'm sure that during this time they sent us a reminder and I must have thrown it out thinking it was junk mail. That was clearly my fault. I was caring for an infant and dropped the ball.
But instead of following up with another reminder or calling, they just let it expire without attempting to get in touch with me. Then, when we I figured it out that we hadn't heard from them in a while, I called. They referred me to a supervisor who never returned my three phone calls. Instead he put a note on my file stating 'Do not reinstate.' They were unapologetic and didn't offer an explanation.
The impression I got was, "We don't care about you or your business or your family." What a bummer. I would have happily paid if someone had cared enough to get in touch with me.
