Our array of services include domestic, industrial and commercial, for everything from spiders to fleas to termites.. It's not that i am so smart, it's just that I stay with problems longer. A mouse can squeeze through a hole the size of a pencil diameter.

We do real estate and non-real estate termite inspections. We do FHA and VA real estate inspections. We do residential and commercial termite inspections. We take pictures and keep them on record. We have worked with the local real estate professionals in the Topeka area since our first weeks in business.

Green Step 1. Inspection/recommendation. In this step we inspect your property and structures for pest activity and conditions that promote pest invasion. In this step we decide how we have succeeded in reaching the goals we set for pest activity. We may do steps 2 and 3 several times per year depending on pest pressure from the environment.

We started using QPC last year and haven't been happier. Spiders, bugs, SPIDERS all gone and have not been back. We are on a quarterly spray schedule and it works great! I would highly recommend if your looking to rid your home of those pesky little suckers. Very reasonably priced too AND friendly :-
