This business ripped us off. If there's any attempt to fix this by the business owners we will gladly remove this review. Always look at "not recommended reviews". We had some hitchhikers follow us home from a vacation to Vegas - bedbugs! Ugh! Disgusting creatures. My hubby called BEEBEES and a woman named Jennifer told him that they DONT recommend heat treatment because it's not guaranteed but that their chemical treatment is guaranteed for 90 days. So we followed all of their instructions which included cleaning everything off the floor in the room. Washing everything with very hot water. Putting items into baggies and sealing them.

We even went above and beyond and put the beds into sealed bedbug proof containers before they even got here. The next morning the inspector arrived. Jennifer had said it would take an hour. But hubby said it took 15 minutes because the inspector saw the bugs weren't that bad yet and were confined to our room. Next day the exterminators showed up.

Again Jennifer way overrated how long they would be here. She said eight hours. They were here two, tops. They did their job and left. Everything was clean. Ah! Relief! But less than a week later - ugh! More bugs. A lot of them! I killed about thirty right then and another ten or fifteen that night. Ugh ugh ugh. I noticed the telltale bedbug fecal matter all over the baseboard which tells you they were in the baseboards behind the wall.

Which cannot be gotten to with chemicals evidently. We called to tell BEEBEES - and they Denied they had guaranteed us 90 days bug free! They said we misunderstood. Nope. They lied. The whole reason we went with them was the guarantee. Now they're saying "we only guarantee if we do the whole house. " Yet even their inspector said we don't have them in the whole house.

They want us to pay another $500 for a treatment that didn't work?!? Not on your life. And I will spread this on every social media site until I get satisfaction. If I don't get it at least I will have warned any unsuspecting innocent person away. I understand bedbugs are hard to get rid of. But don't guarantee something and then not follow through. You messed with the wrong lady.

Great service, very friendly staff, and a great price. I've used them for a little over a year, and I have never been disappointed. Also very kind to my animals and makes sure to close doors behind them to keep them inside.

I'm in 4th year of my 5 year bond and Beebe's is refusing to honor their contract for 5th year. They said we must switch to new system and too bad it's going to cost you an extra $725 this year to switch and a 75% increase on renewals! I'm sure if there are enough of us we could start a class action suite for not honoring contracts. For now they. have lost my trust and business, I am now currently quoting with several other companies.

I told them I would be posting this but they didn't care. I have already talked 2 potential customers away from them and will continue to spread the word. I feel stupid for recommending them in the past.

We live at Sevilla Place in Foley, Alabama for 3 months now. We actually got to see them spray twice now and a very fast non productive spray twice. They don't take there time and we keep having major bug problems because of it.

Savana came to the house today and was awesome. She's a very personable young lady and a great advocate for the company. Full disclosure, I started using the company when the first came to Baldwin County in the late 90's. Lee, Ryan and the crew have been very, very good to work with. I can't say that about two other companies I've used during the same period. I highly recommend them.
