I had a yellow jacket INFESTATION behind the stone facia on my front porch --it was especially terrifying for me because I am allergic and it could mean the difference between life and death. The problem was being treated by my then pest control company (a very well known name in the industry) and they'd come out multiple times and had not been successful in resolving my issue (even AFTER charging me an additional $250 service fee).

The yellowjackets had begun breaching the interior of my home and I reached out to have them come back yet again and was told there was nothing they could do because it was a Sunday. A friend recommended Spectrum to me, I reached out, and they came out the same day and resolved the issue--literally, within minutes. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and even took the time to thoroughly explain the actions they were taking to correct my problem. I immediately canceled my contract with the other company and Spectrum has been providing my quarterly service ever since. 10/10 would recommend.

Listen! Spectrum Pest Management is top notch. I have been having a rodent issue for a couple of years because I droved into the garage with my car. I work from home, so everyday I would hear scratching in the attic and I would see droppings in the garage. My Husband tried setting traps but they were smart enough not to get caught. I saw a mice when entering the garage one evening.

I said today will be the last day that I scream from a mice period. I called Spectrum Pest Management the next day. There prices are very affordable to the point where we made them our to go to Pest control company. To top it off, while at my house for the rodent issue. We asked if they treat bugs. They said yes. I was glad because we had bees , wasps, ants you name it.

My kids was afraid to play outside (me too). Spectrum sprayed and treated those bugs. Thanks to Spectrum Pest Management we can now enjoy outside without worrying about being stung. I even barbecued this past weekend and brought out the kiddie pool. Lastly, I don't hear any scratching and haven't seen a mice in the garage. We also caught a lizard (I was shocked okay). Spectrum Pest is the best pest management business I've ever used. When I had ants at my old house, Lance came out and handled them. I was very impressed with the way he picked up an ant on his finger and smelled it and told me they were sugar ants. I found that incredible. He got rid of the ants, and that made me really happy. When we moved to a house farther out in the country, across from some large fields, Lance came to our new house to get rid of mice that had been driven to our property after the fields were cleared in the fall.

He and his employee did a thorough inspection of the house, workshop, garage, attics, and barn and made an assessment. They told us their suggestion, price, and we chose to go with them. We paid for a series of four treatments, and Lance always called or texted me to check on us, schedule a time to come back and check the bait stations, refill them, and once again assess the situation each time he returned.

By the second time he came out, our mouse problem was all but gone. By the third and fourth, it was like the problem never existed. He responded to my initial inquiry within the same day, even though it was past regular business hours. He set up an appointment for the very next day. Very prompt, professional, courteous, and honest. He is also very reasonably priced, which I appreciate. I will never use another pest control service. I trust Lance, his employees, and his company implicitly for all my pest control needs.

Lance @ Spectrum Pest Management is accommodating and extremely easy to work with at a reasonable price. He provides great service and is the only one so far who has been able to get rid of the pesky black ants! I'd recommend Spectrum to anyone.
