My wife and I have been a customer about a year now. The first few times the technician would come service was amazing, I couldn't ask for better. The last four or five times including today the technician was there under five minutes. I have a two story, six bedroom two bath house. There is just no possible way to spray the whole house in under five minutes.
No new roach bait traps have been put down since the initial visit. When told she had to spray better the technician said she would spray better next time she comes. I either want a new exterminator or will switch services.
