I discovered termites in my shed. I called Extermital and in a couple of days J Sears showed up on-time. He was friendly and knowledgeable and he inspected the shed. He confirmed we have active termite infestation and recommended we check the garage and house too. He found none there but recommended the Sentricon System. I agreed and was impressed with his work and felt satisfied we are now protected. I felt the price was reasonable. Great job!

Wife found an unwelcome visitor inside the house and freaked out a bit. I called Monday to see if someone could come out and do an inspection to find out if we had an infestation, had appointment scheduled for Wed. Charles called a little while later and said he was in the area and could stop by in 10 minutes. He came, checked everything out (turns out it was a non-issue), made some suggestions, and left his card & contact info.
He was friendly and professional and wasn't a pushy salesman trying to get me riled up just to get a sale. Hopefully I'll never need to, but if I do I'll definitely be contacting him again.

Mr. Charles Oney, inspector stopped by. He was extremely thorough, highly knowledgeable, and highly personable. He was really great about explaining the science of termites and took his time with us. He seems like he has a lot of pride in the company he works for, and I can see why. Very professional. Thanks so much for your service and assistance!

Extermital was recommended to us by our neighbor who has been a long time customer of the company. We called the local branch and that very same day we had a inspector at our home to explain the benefits of their programs to help us with the pests issues we were having. Extermital gets the job done correctly. They can normally have someone out within 24 to 48 hours to check your problem and help you find the best options for service. You can tell their employees are all trained well and know what they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone in need to take care of some pests!

I have nothing but great things to say about Ryan Ruf who does the exterminator work at my daughter's condo in Columbus Ohio. He does a great job communicating with me about when he is coming and responds to her lovely pictures of pests she wants him to see. Great Job Ryan! I will always recommend Extermital as a company!
