Desert green has questionable integrity. Reasoning is as follows. Received original quote to spray weeds for the whole yard. Coordinated and scheduled the job to be done. $100+ Two weeks go by so I get a track loader and remove 90% of the weeds myself. So irrigation can be installed. Desert green employee shows to spray 2 days into my irrigation install.
Employee sprays just the ditch infront of my yard but claims to have sprayed entire yard where grass is to be planted. Irrigation installers inform me that the employee did not spray any of the dirt that grass was to be planted. On paper the employee lied Called Damon to ask why i was paying for the original quoted price when his employee did not execute our original contested agreement.
Result desert green no longer employs that individual. Damon returns to my residence to meet me and was very cordial. We look over the yard and he tells me that another individual will come back out and complete the job free of charge. I agree to his offer. Few days later on a windy day. I find a note under my door mat. It says that my ditches were sprayed at 7 am.
And there was 5mph winds. What it did not say is: your whole yard was sprayed. And the wind was 15-20mph that whole day. I was cleaning my truck out in the drive way between 6:45-730 am. I call desert green again to ask what the miss communication is in getting my yard done. They said they would relay my message to Damon again. Several days later.
Now 10mins ago Damon calls me stating that weeds are growing because I am watering them. It will be about $300 dollars more to do what we originally agreed on. If there is another individual that over sees this organization. Please give me a call. Integrity

Desert Green is the best lawn and tree service in town. I have been using their services for over 10 years now. Every single time I called with a concern with my trees, they are encouraging and send out a technician to take a look at my trees. Nathan is very knowledgeable with what insects are infecting what trees. They have outstanding technicians, who are very friendly and do an excellent job. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

Terrible customer service. Their office staff's answer when I called them was a reflexive "NO" that came so quickly that she cut me off! I was very taken aback with the brusqueness and the refusal to consider working with a potential customer. I actually was looking for a year-round yard service to hire, but I won't work with them if this is the way they treat potential customers who they should be trying to recruit.
