The company as a whole was easy to deal with, and knowledgeable. The field associate that came to the house was pleasent and insightful about the job. I collect stand-up arcades, the associate was EXTREMELY respectful of my collection and personal property. He also answered all the questions that I had. Would recommend this company. The entirety of this review is my own personal opinion based off of my own personal experience: 0/10 - they don't go up in the attic. They don't evaluate or inspect the entire home. What's more, not pet friendly chemicals indoors, and, in my opinion based off of my own personal experience, negligent placement of deadly chemicals in known reachable exterior areas to pets.
Almost killed my sweet Great Pyrenees rescuer over a dumb error with rat poison and no number to call had I not deep dived and found the owners name and number online. If you have pets, my personal opinion is to AVOID - based off of my own experience, my opinion is their SOPs do not account for your pets safety and well-being.

We used Ready Pest Control as a result of all the positive reviews and we are very pleased with the service that Grant provided us. We had a very large yellow jacket nest in the eaves of our home and Grant promptly came out and treated the nest as well as the entire perimeter of the home to prevent them from moving one location to another. He was very patient and thoroughly explained his treatment protocol.
Given the large size of the nest and our prior experience with how persistent yellow jackets are, I fully expected that we would need a retreatment which we did. Christie promptly scheduled this follow up treatment at no charge and again Grant took the time to explain exactly how he was going to ensure the final demise of these little devils. It looks like the nest is finally dead and we highly recommend Ready Pest Control for theIr prompt and professional service.

We have been using Ready Pest Control for many years. We moved towns and took them with us to our new place! Our current home was built in the late 70's on 3 acres of land and Jose has been instrumental in keeping bugs and mice to a minimum in our home. Jose and Ready Pest Control are good at coming out in between scheduled visits if we see spiders and need an extra treatment.

Ready pest control has had my business for 10 years now. Terrific staff! They are a local company who treats their customers right! I am very happy with their quarterly program. They guarantee their work here and will come back for free if I ever need them to. It is nice to be a able to sit on our paver patio with no ants or walk out to garage and not have spiders. Fantastic to no longer have mice in my Christmas decorations as well.

Jose is always professional, is incredibly knowledgeable, and takes the time to specifically address any issues we have. He remembers our concerns and brings a very personal touch to his clients. Been with Ready Pest for several years. We live near woods, so we had grown tired of fighting ants, silverfish, mice, and lots of other pests. Jose took great care of us, our pets and our property. Our problems were gone so quickly, I was shocked. The free follow ups have been a life-saver when we get hit with some problem between scheduled treatments. We live in Elgin, and I recommend them to all my friends. Fast, effective, courteous, respectful - please give them a call!
