Owner didn't call the showing company before our termite inspection even though he was asked to set up an appointment and was provided with the contact information. He said he "didn't have time" to call. Therefore, we weren't able to have our termite inspection completed. The owner also arrived at the property a half hour after the scheduled time.
I don't believe he would have shown up at all if I hadn't called when he was 15 minutes late. We do not live in Newark, so we ended up wasting 2 1/2 hours between driving to Newark and waiting on the owner. For all potential clients, please be aware that the owner doesn't go online and won't schedule appointments if he is required to use technology.
