Terminix

We have been using Terminix on multiple houses for 5 years. Alfredo Garcia came today and he is the best. He was so thorough. Took down every cob web and sprayed every nook. Also our one issue with others is that they love to chat.for a looong time. Often they have kept us for an hour or more, we almost dreaded visits. Alfredo didn't take up any of our time it was great, he was the best!

The Representative was very knowable about his profession was very business like. I'm new to the State and area he explained in detail about the service he was going to perform. I had some questions he was able to answer them to my satisfaction. His Name was Justin Mathew Dovey. I'm very please with your company's service, he informed me if I need anything else to let him know. He is your Service Reprsentative for Elkin.

Stuart from the Greensboro branch is always so thorough, gives helpful suggestions, and has a great attitude when he services our home! We love Terminix!

Buyer Beware! I bought a contract to exterminate bugs from my house. The straw that boke the camels back is that they showed up recently without notification, which is probably the way it is done. Due to wet ground, they were not able to get access to my back yard, so they left. Not completing the work. Low and behold I get a bill for full service.

I should be able to trust that people will do the work that you pay them to do, but not Terminix. They will do the minimum because no one is looking. Find another company. I am having to spend money to now get out of this contract, but fine. I only support ethical peple. Do not be fooled. I do not know if this is how the exterminator business work, but I now know one group that I do not trust. Terminix of the triad.

Been using Terminix for years. We have them on a quarterly spraying schedule as well as annual for termites. They are super at both addressing active problems as well as preventative. No matter the pest issue, they come prepared. But to me Terminix's advantage over their competitors is with their trained staff. Our professional, Wes, is exceptional.

He is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I never feel like Wes is trying to cut corners and charge me for a service not performed. He makes recommendations to help curb issues and where applicable offers quotes but NEVER pressures us. He sets the bar for trustworthiness and ethics. It's a great service and provides peace of mind that my investment is protected from critters.
