Natures way is great we moved to the area last year and noticed a lot of wasps around the house. We decided to go with their monthly environmentally friendly spray service and saw a significant decrease. When we found nests on the property in a few places they came out promptly and helped us get rid of them safely and effectively. We're using the service again this year and couldn't be happier. Have been using for a couple of years and they have been great. We had carpenter ants which after a couple of treatments were completely gone and have barely seen them since. They also have taken care of various other insect issues we have had. They are very knowledgeable, punctual and flexible, coming back in between treatments if an issue arises. Big fan of everything being organic with having a dog and children. Cannot recommend enough

I love my friendly exterminator, Garrett. He's always upbeat and kind. I love that the same person (nine times out of ten) comes to my door. When I see his smiling face, I know what is about to happen. One of the best things about using Nature's Way, is that I love the way my yard smells afterwards! Since they don't use harsh chemicals, I can feel safe being outside with my child and dog; free from worry of toxic contamination. And, we no longer have to fear getting stung by wasp. We made the choice to start using Natures Way years ago when we started getting ants in the spring. We have animals and young children in our family, so our primary concern was for safety and harmony with the environment. Years later we still are happy with the service and particularly our "guy" Garrett. We have had the same service professional for what has to be close to a decade. That shows us, this is a company that values their employees along with the environment.

I have been using Nature's Way since I purchased our log home 14 months ago in the Lake George region. Our location on elevated, wooded property led me into a crash course on managing critters, big and small. Garrett has been friendly, professional and on-time every month for our routine treatment. He has helped tremendously with mice and carpenter ants, and we will look to him in the summer for mosquito management and in the fall when the cluster flies invade again. Their products are effective and apparently less toxic to humans/pets. I recommend Natures Way

I asked them to do an inspection because I had problems with both mice and chipmunks inside my house. They did an inspection, then set up a few feeding stations in and around my house. Within the first few weeks, they had determined where the mice were coming into the house. I'm very happy with the results because I haven't seen or heard a single rodent since their first visit. They've been friendly, professional, and they certainly did a good job. I recommend them.

Nature's way has been great in every aspect. I have a home in the country in upstate NY, so their maintenance is necessary. I've used them for about 2 years. My specific technician Austin is also very helpful whenever I have to meet with him. They do monthly house perimeter sprays for me ( to keep bugs out as well as maintain rodent baits that are between my shrubs) and also come in to check my attic for any activity.

They never try to push products or services on you and when I've had additional problems ( moles in the yard & carpenter ants) They are always very responsive and take the time to explain my options. I would highly recommended them!
