Jose was amazing and very knowledgeable. He answered all of the questions that I had and was very kind. My home had a lot of spiders, and Jose came in and did an amazing job inside and outside of my home. I'm glad that I chose EnviroCon for pest control. I am very pleased with my services. I was newly relocated to Texas from California and found a snake in my pool that prompted me to call. I was beyond stressed. Mike had a technician out the next day. He made me feel comfortable that he will come and take care of my house. Anytime I see anything I can call and they will send someone out. All of the technicians are great.

They greet you with a smile and make you feel like family. Jose and Stacey are wonderful and knowledgeable technicians that go above and beyond to give you great service. I know my house and my family are in great hands EnviroCon. I am also a realtor so I refer them to my clients and friends all the time. They all say the same thing. So I know they are great at what they do!

Juan was fantastic! He was courteous, worked efficiently, and answered all my questions with confidence! He was very respectful of my home & took pride in his work. He made sure that I was informed the whole time, & updated my contact info in their system before he left. Juan had a very positive attitude, and I would recommend him every day of the week & twice on Sundays!

We had a mouse in our apartment for a week, Gabriel came out today and the problem was fixed in a few hours. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the situation. When we moved to the Houston area, we searched all companies and compared pricing to service to customer service and landed on EnviroCon. We used them for two years and then moved into a new build, where they had the "in the wall" system. Switched to Home Team and were greatly disappointed with the service and also quality. We saw bugs popping up everywhere!

We decided to switch back to EnviroCon and will never switch to anyone else now. The technician that is assigned to our home even caught a water leak that we had and saved us from a bunch of headache and issues. Their service is just beyond expectation. Always very courteous and on time. Will use them as long as I can!

They came out very quickly from the day I got the protection plan. They gave me a heads up and gave me a walk through of what they would do. They did an inspection and treated the outside with protection measures. It took maybe 10 minutes tops! Jose and Stacy were very friendly and assured me that everything they use is safe for people, plants, and pets. I even got a nice insulated bag. Really happy with their service. We have used Enviro Con Pest control over a year now and our technician (Juan) has been out a few times. Each time he provided us with ETA and once here was very polite and knowledgeable. Great company for regular bug control. We don't even have to think about it. They come routinely on their own, all work is done outside and no bugs. Safe lawn does work for mosquito control. Service providers are extremely professional and courteous and always nicely dressed in uniform and check to make sure it's safe to do your service upon arrival.

I used Envirocon to deal with ant infestation at my house. I really like the responsiveness, knowledge and professionalism of the team. The treatment was very thorough and the exterminator was polite and even wore covers over his shoes, when he sprayed inside. I had to call them back when I saw ants again and the response was as quick as the first time. I am really pleased how the company takes care of their clients.

Just wanted to share again how EnviroCon continues to do a fantastic job. Our technician, George, went above and beyond with our recent service, taking care of a raccoon that had been trapped while my husband was away. Running stop sign WHILE THE BUS WAS LOADING KIDS! UNPROFESSIONAL & DANGEROUS, I WOULD NEVER LET SOMEONE LIKE THAT ON MY PROPERTY WHEN THEY CAN NOT FOLLOW BASIC DRIVING SKILLS. HE COULD HAVE HIT ANY OF THE 9 KIDS LOADING UP ON THE BUS THIS MORNING. WHEN I ADDRESSED HIM HE WAVED ME ON AS IF OUR CHILDREN'S LIFE'S WHERE NOT AT RISK WHEN HE CHOSE TO DRIVE THRU A STOP SIGN WITH A SCHOOL BUS LOADING UP ELEMENTARY CHILDREN AND YES THE BUS ALSO HAD HER STOP SIGN OUT AND LIGHTS ON.

The bus driver was shaking her head with disbelief when he did this. driving laws are there for a reason. Especially when it comes to bus stops and the safety of our children. ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN ON MY END ILL BE MAKING A REPORT WITH Magnolia police and the school board. Your Drivers need to be following basic laws of driving, be more safe, and have respect when they enter into a neighborhood.

I called this business on a Friday and they were able to send a technician on Saturday morning. Joseph arrived one hour prior to the scheduled appointment. He was thorough with explaining the process and different resources he was using. At the end of the appointment he explained what we should expect over the course of the next few days. I highly recommend choosing this business.

EnviroCon is a great service, they are always on time and clean all areas pretty good. I requested them to come back because we ended up getting a pile of fire ants after a storm and with one treatment they were all gone. I highly recommend them! Even when I am having an issue then send someone out even though I'm not scheduled a service. Best pest control company I've been with since moving to the area 12 years ago. They are always professional and friendly. They take good care of treating the outside or inside of your home and are mindful or the items around your home when they do. Bracey has been here treating our home for a few years now and he's always super friendly and lets you know when he arrives. If you have questions or concerns about anything, he's been helpful in answering them and giving you some insight on how to treat or control.

We couldn't be happier with this service. The pesticide used is pet friendly and has been super effective in keeping critters/pests from our home. Definitely recommend their services to anyone looking!

Mark took good care of us, sprayed the inside of the house and entire outside. He was personable and answered all my questions and even some that didn't pertain to pest, we being new to the area. We have used EnviroCon for several years and have a monthly contract with them for mosquito and bug control. They are extremely quick to respond and send a tech out. Always very friendly and informative. Appreciate the detailed level of customer service they provide. Gabe (our tech) is very knowledgeable and always wants to make sure we know what's happening and what to expect.

I like that EnviroCon sends the same techs out so they are familiar with our property and any special issues we may have. We will continue to use Envirocon and recommend them frequently.

EnviroCon was recommended to me from multiple people on the Next Door app. Once I got around to calling them I had a wonderful experience speaking with Steve and getting a full and thorough explanation on what the process is and how the treatment works. Joshua was the technician that came out and was also very knowledgeable and informative and did a very good job of taking his time and carefully treating my property.

I also just received a call from David as a follow up and making sure all needs were met and assured me if I had any questions or still notice pests to call them and they would take care of it. 10/10 would recommend!

I spoke with Steve when setting up an appointment. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thoroughly explained the process and provided a 2 hour window for my appointment. Joshua was the technician that came out today and let me know when he was in route and he was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. He also went through everything he would be doing and took his time spraying and treating both the interior and exterior. Highly recommend EnviroCon. I can't say enough great things about envirocon. The team is friendly, knowledgable, and always super responsive. Each time I talk to them re: a problem they don't make me feel "silly" for calling, but talk me through it and send a technician out as soon as possible. I switched from a big national brand to enviro on over a year ago and have been beyond happy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I received a text from EnviroCon reminding me to unlock my side gate so later that day their employee can spray the back side of the house. Unbelievably great! What other company would be this organized? If they hadn't reminded me, I would've missed out on my termite & pest treatment, etc., and it would've turned into a headache for all. EnviroCon is the best!

We had Steve's team out to our house to help with a carpenter ant issue in our attic. We were very pleased with their timeliness, their knowledge and taking care of the issue. We haven't seen any since the treatment. I highly recommend them.

Con is the important part of their name. They said they would return if I saw bugs. I called 6 weeks later and told them ants were all over the kitchen but they refused to come back for a touch up unless I bought a full year of treatment even though I am moving in 3 weeks. Avoid them like a plague of locusts.

Rude customer service. Gentlemen on the phone was very confrontational. I was shocked from this type of service provider.

High set up fee. High monthly fees. Hard to tell how frequently they treat. Long contract with full cost for cancelation. You'll never hear from them unless your credit card expires then they call multiple times a day. Con is the key word!

Had Envirocon com out to our house to treat for ants and various bugs in around house/garage area. All in all, paid well over what anyone would reasonably expect to pay for the service.they sprayed pesticide all over my floors without regards to where it was sprayed.it was mopped up the next week when we cleaned the floors. Threw pesticide granules in our attic.which got all over our boxes and stained the plastic tubs in our attic.same for the garage. Do yourself a favor, buy a can of bug spray and do it yourself and save yourself $170.

When an entire colony of tiny ants and spiders took up residence in my car, I tried spraying, vacuuming, and even superheating my car (not too hard an endeavor when it's summer in Texas) to try and get rid of the critters. I eventually called EnviroCon out of sheer desperation, making it a last resort before trading in my car. I'm not sure if pest control companies receive too many calls about vehicular infestations, but they took my call with politeness, calm, and - most reassuringly - a plan.

We made an appointment for the very next day and they agreed to send someone out to my apartment complex. The entomologist, David, was not only punctual to a tee, but called me while on the road to let me know he was on his way. Once arrived, he assessed my car with a careful eye and then laid down commercial-grade bait, along with spray in all of my car's crevices.

All the while, he explained everything and answered my dozens of questions with perfect patience. I was concerned about the spray being harmful if breathed in, especially in such a closed space like a car, but he explained that the products EnviroCon used were restaurant- and resident-safe. It's now been about a month since the appointment, and I've held off from leaving a review until I was absolutely sure that the swarms of crawlies were gone.

Sure enough, I haven't seen a thing since my car was treated. I'm SUPER grateful and would absolutely recommend the wonderful folks at Envirocon for any pest needs.

I am very happy with this company. The owner was very nice and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. I called, kind of freaking out over a roach that made it's way into my home, and I'm almost sure it was after hours! Top notch customer service! We will be sticking with them and continuing regular visits from them.

The entire EnviroCon team has been amazing! We called them about an issue on a Saturday and they came out an hour later. A couple of days later we needed more assistance from them and they again came out same day. This pest control service is extremely professional and helpful! I called and the receptionist calmed my fears of infestation and offered a phone number to send pictures of the pest I found. I texted the pictures but was having poor reception and the entomologist followed up with me twice, waiting for the pictures to identify the pest. Excellent company! I have used them for several years and I've always been 100% satisfied. I previously had quarterly service with another company that could not control a reoccurring problem.
