Kevin, the owner, is really nice and knowledgeable. He came out to my home to inspect for termites and spent a good amount of time explaining about things to look for, maintenance for the future, expectations, and costs. Saddleback termites was not the cheapest of the 3 companies I had quote my home, but Kevin had a presence of honesty and trustability that I liked.

I decided in good faith to hire saddleback termites for the fumigation/tenting of my home. Yared, his manager communicates through email and she was fast in her response. It's important to note that saddleback hires a third party company to actually do the fumigation and tenting. The company is called 1st fumigation. Now this is where I became uneasy. Yared informs me that house keys and a garage door opener must be given to the third party company and that I could not drop off the keys directly to saddleback to pass along to 1st fumigation.

I either had to meet them the day of, at my home to pass the keys or keep them in a lockbox. I was weary of an unknown company to have my house keys or have access to my home but I trusted saddleback and their screening process for contracting out work. The fumigation/tenting was a 2.5 day process. Which meant we were not home for 2.5 days and I needed to completely trust this company to be in my home and to also lock up.

As much as I appreciate that items were not missing when I came home, I was extremely disappointed and disgusted to find that all 3 restrooms had been used and there were urine splatters/stains on the toilet seats! I know that this was not from us as I made sure to clean the home, including the bathrooms, before I left for the fumigation. The home was clean.

The bathrooms were clean. It's really hard not to be upset when you are vulnerable and needing to trust strangers in your home to do a professional job but find an unprofessional job in your restrooms. To be clear, my disappointment is with the third party company hired. Kevin has been wonderful in reaching out to me in a timely manner and apologizing.

He has informed me that he has notified the owner of 1st fumigation regarding the incident. I truly appreciate being heard. As for saddleback termites, I will hire them again in the future because I do like the following qualities: 1) Yared does respond quickly to calls or emails. Many other companies have terrible customer service and it takes days to get a response.

But not with saddleback termites, I got a response usually the same day! 2) Kevin, the owner, is a very approachable and like-able guy. Very kind and honest. Takes his time to inspect the property and discuss procedures and expectations. More importantly, you can tell he really cares about his company and takes pride in good work. He immediately called me regarding my qualms and worked hard to rectify any issues I had.

They made a stressful process as easy as possible. Highly recommend. No pricing or preparation surprises. Went smoothly.

Kevin was extremely informative and thorough. I had 3 inspections performed by Newport Pest, Orkin, and Saddleback, and there was no comparison in terms of service. He answered all of my questions and explained the entire process of how the colony develops, as well as the differences between my options and his recommended treatment / why. He did a thorough inspection of my attic, when one of the others didn't even bother to go up and check. The experience made the decision of who to work with easy.

The owner, Kevin, provided us with a prompt termite inspection at no charge. While he did find two exterior spots where termites were active and also a few dead "swarmers" in our attic, Kevin told us that if it were his home he would spot-treat the exterior and reinspect the attic in a year or two versus tenting our whole home. We sincerely appreciated this more conservative, less invasive, and significantly less expensive option versus a full-house tent which is what another company told us was our only option. Kevin's guys, Zack and Will, showed up as scheduled, were friendly, professional, and took excellent care of us: they spot-treated the exterior location, repaired and painted some dry rot spots within the same affected area (as well as in a separate unrelated area), and also reinspected our attic and marked the dead termite swarmers and their location for future inspection comparison purposes.

We were charged as quoted (even though the attic procedure and extra dry rot repair were provided to us as no-charge professional courtesies, and not part of the original quote). I look forward to having Kevin back to our home for the re-inspection when the time is right. Five star service, great people to work with, and highly recommended!

My technician arrived this morning and did a great job. I've been having problems with ants and yelow jackets and he addressed both issues. I got bittten by a yellow jaquet a few weeks ago and ended up in Urgent Care. He made sure I had to nests. Always a pleasure to see him.

The entire team at Saddleback Termite and Pest Control is above and beyond compare. The are great about responding to my frantic calls when I need to eliminate ants. Scheduling is a breeze; and, the technician who comes to do the treatment is warm knowledgeable, friendly, and goes out of his way to be helpful. I don't think that you can find a better Pest Control service that this. I highly recommend this pest control service!

Love this company! They've been servicing my duplex for years and every encounter has been a great experience. The owner, Kevin, is very friendly and professional and has always answered every question Ive thrown at him over the years. He has a great staff and his techs show the same level of service, especially Jacob, he always has a smile on his face and is so personable.

It almost made me forget he was here to take care of our rat problem. And by the way, haven't seen a rat since they initially came out a couple months ago so they do their job well. Colegio is a cleaner street because of you all. Thanks guys!

This is my first service with this pest control company, and I'm impressed. Jacob was punctual, professional, and courteous. He answered all of my questions and concerns and proceeded on his pest-fighting mission. I discovered ants indoors, and that's what prompted me to call. Jacob did interior and exterior of my home, and I had to be away for a minimum of 2 hours, out of the home. I'm very happy so far, and I appreciated Jacob's customer service and expertise.

No issues or problems, so far so good. The price of my bi-monthly service is reasonable. If you're looking for quality pest control, look no further. Highly recommended!

Jakob came out and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was on time, very well spoken, and definitely knew his business. We had a serious problem with ants and spiders, but after Jakob's visit we noticed an immediate improvement (eradication) of our issues. The whole process was painless and we could tell that Jakob cared about his job and performance.

I feel like he went above and beyond in the inspection of the premises and left no stone unturned. I cannot recommend this company enough as I now have zero issues with the creepy crawly critters that were infesting our house and yard. Thank you Jakob and Saddleback Termite. 5+ stars

I have happily been using the termite division of Saddleback on all my listings the past 8 years. I also use them on my own home as they have proven themselves to be honest and reasonably priced. Kevin has always been my inspector and goes above and beyond to help you get the best service and rate. In the last few years I have started using their Pest Control service and absolute love their work.

I am in great communication with our pest inspector who always checks in to make sure he hasn't missed anything happening with the home. We used to have a rodent issue in the backyard and since hiring Saddleback we have not seen a single one. I always recommend Saddleback when asked.

How awful! I was inundated with flying ants which made 2 rooms- including my sons- inhabitable. I made an appointment and had to wait over 2 weeks to get someone out- understandable during hot summer and CV-19- and then my husband landed in the hospital for a week. they were scheduled to come the day he was coming home, after he came home he would be immobile for awhile.

I called to update them and try for an earlier appointment- nope. Ok so my time window is now 9-11. 10:30 and no one has arrived. I call and guess what? "Yes we know your situation but we cannot arrive until noon". Unbelievable! So now I have to cancel. This company had no apologies and no compassion. I would NEVER DO BUSINESS with them again. :

I requested a Yelp quote and received many responses but they were the only ones to ask me about my HOA and tell me that I should speak with them first. So my review is based on customer service and upfront honesty completely. None of the other 6 vendors mention that. I am still reviewing with my HOA but if I do call someone to come out it will def be them.

Chris came out to do an inspection of my home. He was very professional and thorough in explaining what he found and what he recommended. He was a very trustworthy person, and I enjoyed speaking with him. I am not sure how I will proceed, but Chris was very honest in explaining that termites found in fences may not necessarily mean that there are termites in the attic or in the home. He was proactive about checking the wood trim around my home, and I felt like I was in good hands.

Great experience. Termites. From contacting company (support staff including Jewels) to estimating appointment (Chris) to scheduling and performing work, everything went smoothly and professionally. After our initial consultation we were presented recommendations and treatment options with clear explanations and straightforward pricing (quite reasonable) for all.

We chose spot treating and wood repair. The work itself was done by Chris and team (Zach and Morgan). The wood repairs were excellent and done with care. The team arrived promptly, worked steadily and diligently, was respectful of us and our property, was friendly and easy to communicate with and, I believe, genuinely wanted to do as good a job as possible with our best interests in mind. What more can a consumer ask? Recommended without hesitation.

In December 2017, my attic was treated with Bora-Care and Termidor by Saddleback Termite. Eleven months later in November 2018, wings of termites were seen on the floor of the attic. Since it was still within the one year warranty, technician sent by Saddleback Termite sprayed my attic with Bora-Care again. In November 2019, more wings of termites were found in my attic.

Although I do not expect Bora-Care prevents termites for as long as 12 years as stated by the manufacturer, annual treatment should not be needed if enough solution was sprayed and soaked into the wood. 9/7/2020 Update to the above review: Thank you Kevin for the quick response. It is good that the one year warranty was honored in Nov. 2018. However, in Nov. 2019, wings were seen in the SAME place again, but no dead termite bodies were found.

From my understanding, Bora-care will kill the drywood termites when they try to enter the wood as long as the chemical penetrates the wood. So I called your office in Nov 2019 and asked the question that if there were only wings on the floor but no bodies, did that mean the termites already entered the wood? Unfortunately, the answer was yes. Bora-care should definitely work much longer then just one year if applied properly.

I was wondering why I had to have the chemical sprayed on the same wood surface year after year? Following the signs of infestation in the attic again(assuming the info I heard from your office was correct), I was in the process of contacting termite control companies. But due to the pandemic, the job has been postponed until now.

For the first time in my adult life as a homeowner since Dursban was banned in 2001 I could not control the Argentine ants that were invading our home. The store bought sprays were ineffective. The bait traps worked but split the colonies and the ants came right back. Everything about my experience with ST&PC was stellar. The communication with office staff member Priscilla was on point. Bo who came out to spray was super knowledgeable and professional.

He got rid of all the ants inside and out. With budget woes thanks to the pandemic, we can't currently afford their bi-monthly service but I won't hesitate to call them again when needed. They are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!

They really took care of are pest issues and Everytime we called they were right over to help us out
