Brezden always does an exceptional job for us! I initially called when I was 8 months pregnant and had a very unexpected ant infestation. Service rep Ted arrived on time and conducted a thorough exam of my property for evidence of termite damage. He was careful and not in a hurry. He shared his insights and made clear what was known and unknown. His manner and approach gave me confidence. No pressure or sales pitch. I weighed the options presented and arranged for going forward with treatment. Regarding the company, I came to Brezden after surveying reviews online, assessing competitors, and talking with neighbors: Brezden has a solid reputation.

Brezden Pest Control provided a home inspection and bid to repair termite damage on our new home. They billed us $4900 dollars for the work. When we arrived at our home we discovered they applied a brand of Fix it all to the damage instead of replacing the damaged fascia boards. The repairs ended up costing over $14,000 dollars and the response. from Ted Seeley at Brezden was, "I made a mistake and forgot to add scaffolding to the original bid.
The employee that we had to climb a ladder no longer works for us and the additional scaffolding will be another $6,000." He also stated there was not much work left to be done. There was over 80 feet of fascia board damaged by termites that we had to.

Technician Ted was very thorough and uncovered some things that required attention. Things we would never have been aware of. Worked very unobtrusively. Covered every nook and cranny of both a main residence and guest house. We have also used them for rodent control. Technician David very courteous and effective. Eradicated the mouse population. Living in the suburbs presents a challenge.

We were a little reluctant to hire a pest control company to be sold a package of services we perhaps did not require. But we knew we had a problem with roof rats and called Brezden. Ray did an inspection and quickly identified the problem areas. Without feeling pressured, we purchased the service. The rats were gone within a day! Follow ups were consistent. Ray was a professional, courteous, friendly and on time.
Our original reluctance had had led us to researching DYI solutions. We would have spent so much time and money had we gone that route and probably not solved the problem. So happy to sleep at night and not worry about rats chewing on the house. We would hire Brezden again in a second.

This review is just for the estimate (we haven't done the work yet) but the gentleman was very nice and professional and my neighbor said he walked around with her to explain the termite damage. I'll update my review once the termite damage is repaired. UPDATE: It took a bit to have the work done but both my neighbor and I are very happy with the service.
The price was reasonable, they painted the repairs for us, and when I asked them to make a repair look better, they found a solutions to make the repair look better. They missed a tiny bit of paint on one section but they came back within a week to fix this.

When you call a post control place you are usually not having a good day. From my multiple experiences with the people at Brezden, they know this and as a result they are both kind and knowledgeable when you call. They are about to make appointments quickly, sometimes the same day. Their techs are fantastic and professional. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was sweeping down cobwebs on the outside of my new house when I noticed a lot of black widows. Brezden was recommended by my realtor and my new neighbor. When I called they were very nice and accommodating. The technician came out later that week. He was very nice and did a great job. He also treated for aunts. I've gone ahead and ordered a regular monthly service from them. Auto pay was vert easy to set up.

They were three hours late. I left the place for a day to give them room to work. I came home from Spending a night in a hotel. To come back to my floor soaked. All they do is deny liability. It was a contract. through my part manager who is beside herself sad that they paid $345 to damage my home. They are not welcome back here and they should refund the park the money for the haphazard job that they did.
I contain the worker accidentally hit the Grey Pipe, Which I do not have the hand strength to push back in. They try to deny deny deny. Say that maybe someone else did it. When their worker was the only one that was here for 24 hours. Do not use them, they play games when they think they might have done something wrong. All they had to do was come back and push the gray pipe back in place. Instead they would rather go to small claims court because I have to pay a plumber to do it
