ABC Pest Control

ABC Pest Control is an active member of the Iowa Pest Management Association, National Pest Management Association, Quality Pro, and the Better Business Bureau. ABC Pest Control services all of central Iowa, providing such services as centralized billing, ground sterilization, real estate termite inspections, post & preconstruction termite treatments, pest bird control, and mosquito control, as well as insect and rodent control. We maintain our home office in Des Moines and have other satellite locations throughout Central Iowa.

Residential Report

Never had a issue until I complained about a tech, once I complained my contract was ended service was never completed, called and called to get another tech was told the tech I had a issue with was the only one I could get and if I didn't like it too bad I don't get their service then, I feel because I complained about a tech that has been there for 20 yrs I was punished as a consumer god forbid someone has a opinion on how someone sprays their home, I talked with stephenie cowden she was very short and mostly rude, sad I never had a issue loved their service, guess customer service doesn't exist any more and they're in the business to lose money, hopefully you don't have the same experience I had but my opinion is stay away

We've had their service for one year now. Techs have always been prompt, never a question from office professionals to come out for "adhoc" treatments (which was handy when the wasps made their presence known a few weeks ago).

I would NOT recommend. They are not customer service oriented. They always show up to spray outside when it is raining. They then proceed to walk in your house with wet/muddy shoes. They call and expect to make a service call the same day. They do not return calls or address complaints.
