Have used Hopper for 12 years for my termite contract but not anymore! I moved from my home in Heber Springs 3 years and and called to get letter of clearance when selling my home. It was then that I found out my contract had expired last August of 2021. I told them I wish they would have called me and they said they probably did but usually send out notices in the mail.
I asked them to reinstate and was told after new inspection that it would be close to $600 to get it retreated and get a clearance letter. I called back and canceled and found a local competitor that will save me around $150.00. I would not recommend Hopper Termite.

I don't mind seeing cockroaches outside on stacked firewood as we are the intruders in their woods. The cockroaches must have received a warning of the ice and snow coming. They decided to come into our warm house. At the first sighting of the intruder, we called Hoppers Pest Control. Mike came the next morning and put out bait. We made a plan for him to come back several days later to follow up.
In between his first and second visit, the heat stopped working at the house. while we were 90 miles away. Not only did Mike take care of the intruders, he also looked into the electrical panel to rule out if a breaker had been tripped. This is a great example of excellent customer service. Thank you Mike and Hopper Pest for being honest and trustworthy.

I was overrun with ants this year. Tried all the home sprays and baits that usually keep them in check. No luck! There were literally hundreds of them every day in my kitchen and bathrooms. Hopper came to treat my home, and the next day they were gone. I have swept up piles of dead ants since then in the bathrooms and garage. It's so nice to have my house back! No more ant parties whoop whoop! Thank you Hopper!

We have used Hopper Pest for about 10 years now for our lake house on Eden Isle. Their customer service is excellent, . Jasun is our technician and he is top notch, he's thorough, informative and friendly. I like having the same person come each time. I highly recommend this company for pest service!
