Rollins Pest Control

So I am sadden to have to write this review. We have been using Rollins since we moved into the house, however recently we sold the house. Today the gentelman showed up to do their service. I let him know that today would be the last time as we were closing (selling) next month. He said he would ake sure he he got everything looking great this last time.

He was here no more than 15 moniutes and I see hime leave. I go around the house and see spider webs all over the house. When I call in to ask what gives. The lady tells me that he couldnt reach. Funny he reached every other time he came. Yes it was the same guy every time. When I told her I thought it was bad business to treat people this way just because I wasnt going to be a client going forward.

She was one excuse after another. When I asked to speak with the owner. I was told he wasnt in and I just needed to write this review and hung up on me. I would concider twice before using a company that would treat a customer in this fashion. FYI most of the spiderwebs that werent cleared up were within arms reach. Think twice

Barry was on time he answered all my questions and he was very respectful. I will be calling him again in the future for more of the services that they offer. He was a extremely nice guy. Kim that works in the office was very helpful as well. Service: Termite inspection

Came out to my house twice and their services were useless. Didn't get the job done. HIGHLY unsatisfied and would NOT recommend them to anyone. I will add that the employees that came out were most respectful, polite, and professional. However, the problem still exists.

Chris arrived in the appointment time window and was super helpful, knowledgeable, respectful. Had a great conversation with him and look forward to working with him and Rollins in the future.

We had a yellow jacket situation that came upon us rather quickly! We reached out to Rollins PC and they promptly scheduled a technician to come out and investigate. Evans, our technician was professional, knowledgable and friendly. He explained the procedure and what needed to be done, checked our attic to be sure the issue had not spread and provided the total cost before he began the service. We are so impressed with his quality of service and we will be using Rollins PC from here on in for all of our pest control needs.

The prices are good and the service is even better. Not only was the tech that came (Evan) knowledgeable, he was also extremely nice and very professional.
