Jorden was exceptionally professional, thorough, and very nice. Ideal Pest always follows up with us and the office (Kasey) is great at reminding us of our next treatment. If we have issues with wasps, hornets or spiders returning to the outside of the house, they come back promptly and notify us. Their price is fair and we are confident in their services. Call Jason. Have been using them for a couple years now, the service has been great and the staff is always friendly. The owner called me personally to let me know they had to raise the prices and it was only $5 a quarter (we pay quarterly for a discount). He was so apologetic about the raise, I told him he could have charged more and I would still be happy. He really values his customers. I highly recommend!

We adore using this service. We have been loyal customers for years now. All of the workers are cheerful, the owner Jason, is a really sweet guy as well. They spray our house every few months and if there is ever a flair up of bugs, we call and they come take care of it. We moved to a new place and it came with a bug problem. Now it's fine and we are bug free! I absolutely recommend them!

I had rodent exclusion work done by Ideal Pest in Summer of 2021. They did a thorough job and sealed all the openings around the roof with concrete. When we started hearing noises from the attic the following winter, they honored the warranty of their work and came back to check the attic and set traps. I would highly recommend them.

We've been using Ideal Pest for approximately 2-years for general insect control. They are knowledgeable, responsive and aggressive with anything you may encounter in or around your home. They listen to your problem and treat it properly. Wouldn't go with anyone else but them.

We just moved from Colorado to Florida about a month ago. I knew Florida had bugs, and I was prepared to deal with that. What I was NOT prepared to deal with was moving into an apartment infested with german roaches! As a Colorado native, I completely freaked out! I couldn't believe a management company would allow someone to move into an apartment that had such a nightmare going on inside of it!!!

It's just not right. Our apartment complex's "pest control" did absolutely nothing to solve the problem. I found Idea Pest Solutions online, and I am so, SO happy I did! Mike came out and did our initial treatment, as well as our follow-ups. I bombarded him with a billion questions, which he was more than happy to answer! We were ready to pack up all of our stuff, pay the early lease termination fee (even though it was not us, it was the apartment!), and move to another apartment complex. In our opinion, the apartment complex should have been paying US to live here! Thanks to Mike and Ideal Pest Solutions, we didn't have to do that. We have NO BUGS, and we have set up quarterly maintenance with them while we are in this apartment, just in case we have issues with anything else. Ideal pest has been very helpful and accommodating during a rodent intrusion. They were out the same day I asked for service and 2 days since then this week and it's not even Friday. Wow - Mike from Ideal Pest Solutions came out for our first visit today and he was amazing. He arrived on time (not a 2 or 4 hour window) and spent 45 minutes on a relatively small home. He sprayed inside, baited for roaches and then went outside to remove cobwebs and wasp nests. Then he said he is going to come back in a week (for no additional charge) to make sure everything is OK. I am all in for their quarterly treatments. I have never been more impressed!

I have been seeing little ants in my home for few weeks now, and it really picked up when it started raining!! First things first I made an appointment over the phone. I ready many reviews and really searched for a good pest control company. I really only wanted a one time service to start at a reasonable price. Ideal pest solution was the best choice for us.

Right off the bat, they gave us prices and options. Where as other pest control companies charge different rates but wouldn't let us know the unless they came to our home. When Mike arrived to our home he was immediately greeted my out pup Leia, in which he wasn't scared( she is huge and can be intimidating ), but it didn't bother him one bit, after showing her all love she needed, he greeted us and asked us about the problems we had been having.

He let us know that he could help no problem and that everything is safe for the kids and animals. The products would take care of all the insects roaches, ants, palmetto bugs!! You name it! Just eww!! But it would get handled. He was very personable and we were all joking around. Love his sense of humor!! He scheduled a follow up after a week to see if we have any problems or concerns which is included in our rate. If your looking for pest control don't look any further they are amazing!

I previously had another local pest control company come on a quarterly basis & was still having issues, I switched over to Ideal Pest Solutions maybe 6 months ago for my quarterly service and I've been really happy with it. Prices are very reasonable to initiate service & keep it going at the frequency you prefer, the office staff is very friendly & they're good about returning calls and e-mails. I found the tech that came out to be knowledgeable too - most importantly NO BUGS. I'm very happy with the service overall.

So let me tell you about these guys, I have nothing but the greatest experience in dealing with Ideal Pest Solutions. I live in Maryland and my elderly parents live in Orlando. My mother just recently had a defibrillator put in so my sisters and I took turns going down to take care of mom. When my first sister arrived she contacted me and informed me that mom and dad had an issue with bugs in the house, granted at their age the OCD/cleanliness that I was so accustomed to growing up was a bit difficult to follow up on when you're in your 80s.

I contacted IPS explained to them my issue where I was located and that's I was going to be paying for it and there was no issue. There was an exterminator at my parents house within the hour. My parents were set up with a treatment plan and IPS came back out every week for the next month to make sure that the issue was taken care of and under control.

While doing their inspection IPS also found mice droppings behind the stove and tore the house apart looking for, setting traps, feeders around the property and sealing any holes that would allow rodents to get into the house and got rid of them also.

IPS are very professional, did a great job and really kept my mind at ease knowing that they took care of my parents and were always one phone call away. To Jason and all of the crew at IPS, thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for treating my parents like part of your family.
