Critical: Responsiveness Attempted to call this business for service. I left a message on their answering machine. Never received a phone call. I had picked this business based on the rating results, but their ratings are not indicative of their service. BEWARE.

Left a message and call was returned immediately from Phil! Todd did the service work and explained everything in detail. Would highly recommend!

We had a problem with ants and Lake Michigan came out assessed the problem(which wasn't that big of deal) and didn't even charge us. Super friendly, helpful, and professional.

Had them come out to look at what I thought might be a carpenter ant problem. I had seen a few on my deck and had a board that I thought they may have eaten through. They came out, looked at the deck and were able to tell me that it was just a bad treated board and it was rot. He gave me some advice on what I could do to control the ants, but said they were nothing to be concerned about. Didn't charge me anything for coming out. Will definitely call them again if and when I have a pest problem.
