Have used this company for a few years - was previously top notch. Old service guy apparently moved on, new guy seems less competent, scheduling now is poor. Failure to follow up with a promised telephone call. This is a change. Is there a personnel problem now? Not sure why they claim to do wildlife removal. Asked about this and was told they don't do it. I will take a hard look around before I renew any contracts.

Chuck Sullivan exterminators is the best in the west. My family has been using their services for over 18years. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable and administrative staff considerate and helpful. They use safe repellents as well. Chuck Sullivan is the only company I would prefer to use for this vermin an insect full world.
