Griggs & Browne CO Inc - Taunton

I have had Griggs and Browne for pest control and highly recommend them. They are professional, on time, reasonable and I have no issues with any pests which is the most important. Jason who has been servicing my property is a great guy always on time, works with my schedule, and answers all my question and again most importantly made my home and keeps it pest free!

Didn't call me when the treatment was finished. Still getting bit by bugs, which they say is normal because they "haven't eaten the poison yet." Says on the paperwork that they'll come by in 2 weeks after the initial treatment to spot treat. When asked about follow up, they stated only if there is activity? Is being bit still with bugs present, activity? Charged $100 more since initial assessment. The whole thing is a nightmare.

Im being generous with the stars. I'm very glad so many people had such great results, truly--but alas, we did not. The guy came, listened to what we had to say, drop a bunch of triangle traps, I had to coax him into giving us some glue traps when what I was hoping for was maybe some paste or attractant (I effing HATE glue traps!) $450 for WHAT? Really, truly, don't waste your time and money with these guys for mice! Maybe the guy just sucked, I don't know, but never again. Internet can tell you all you need for pest control. that's my advice.

We were selling our house and needed a treatment done quickly. They understood our time restrictions: Came and inspected, and treated. Thank you!

The interview process was a orientation that took 2 1/2 hours which I was not prepared nor aware of and I don't think anyone else was either. I spoke to 2 people and a manager/owner, filled an application, a physical exam, weight exam, A video on the company, drug test, Mind you this was an INTERVIEW! I felt as if they don't value anyone else's time, or individuality due to the length of waiting and the assembly line I felt to be in, and that speaks a lot of them.

They only want to hire people who they say they can Train "their way" they said "entry level", but I also think it's bc they don't want to Pay anymore for someone experienced. This was an insult of my time, and my skills. They really need to reevaluate their interview process. As well as their thoughts on the skills one would bring to the company and inturn making them more money.

My wife called for an inspection prior to getting sprayed for ants. Appointment day, no call, no show. I called this morning and was advised they had lost the reservation. I advised them they lost my business to the Big Blue Bug.

Got a 1-year service plan quote from Griggs, that was slightly higher than Big Blue Bug (New England Pest Control). Griggs was noticably higher, but include one more home visit than Big Blue Bug. The staff from Big Blue Bug did a more extensive inspection and we're generally more pleasant.

We reached out to Griggs and Browne after experiencing spider activity throughout our home, you can only imagine how beside myself I was as I'm petrified of these creepy crawlers! I decided to go with the quarterly program as I felt it best fit our needs. James B our technician was very informative and through in answering my questions and concerns especially regarding my baby and two dogs.

I couldn't have asked for a better company and technician to come out. I've had 4 other estimates and Griggs and Browne was the best price and I feel good knowing they're highly rated, I totally recommend!

I'm extremely satisfied with Griggs & Browne. I signed up for the quarterly service due to a mouse problem a few years back. Anytime I have an issue, it's a simple call and it's usually addressed within one business day. My technician, Jaime, is very punctual, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

I had them set up termite monitoring around my old wooden house with gappy concrete block foundation that practically invites termites and carpenter ants. I got a helpful visit and house checkup, followed by annual reports. So far no termites, but peace of mind. The house has suffered damage before, and I won't be surprised if termites find their way in again.

Posting my review here because I can't find the Griggs&Browne-Buzzards Bay location. I rent out a vacation property and got the dreaded call that one of the renters thought they had bed bugs. After an hour of freaking out we called a random local pest control place and set up an appointment. Michael came out to the rental the next day and was completely thorough and professional.

He was completely transparent and told us we did not have a bed bug problem. His honesty saved us a lot of stress and money and for that I would wholeheartedly recommend this pest control service.

During the winter months my summer cottage, would have some tiny furry visitors. I called Griggs & Browne and they did a great job evicting them. Corey, one of their techs, was quick to identify where their access points were including slithering around in our crawlspace. We haven't seen or heard any critters, so grateful to Corey and Griggs & Browne.

Compared prices of different service providers and home inspectors; They were the most reasonably priced one and apparently the best too. They did a very good job -on everything (data gathering, providing and simplifying on what needs fixing or updating). Once in a while we have firms like these that you wanna give back; one thing i could think of was to give a well deserved good review. Kudos to your team

I got a quote over the phone. They arrived on time and we're very friendly. They asked questions before starting and generally did a good job. They explained that because some of the stains on my carpet were so old and worn in they could not be taken out completely. I am generally happy with how well they got most of the stains out. They asked me about moving furniture and I forgot to mention a small cabinet downstairs that had obvious pet stains around it.

They did not move the small cabinet so those stains and smell are still there. I also would have liked to seen a little bit better job along the baseboards especially on the stairs. I would hire them again but I would be a lot more specific about what I expect

I had Mike Caranello of Griggs & Browne visit my home in Providence for an evaluation. He was a true professional and a complete gentleman. I suspected a bug problem, but after Mike's inspection, we realized that we actually don't have a problem. We appreciate Mike's integrity to do an honest evaluation, and appreciate his overall good nature. If Mike represents all the managers at Griggs and Browne, you are in good hands.

Called for a Home Inspection and could not have been more satisfied. Inspector explained everything and was more then happy to answer any and every question we had. If you want a very thorough and complete home inspection call Griggs and Browne.

Griggs and Brown cleans Carpets! And has for years. Paul and his assistant were excellent. Friendly with my dogs and offering tips for future dirt and odor control on my rugs. I really appreciate their service and will use them again in the future! The office was great at replying to my online request for a quote and they scheduled me that same week. Thanks guys!

So I just had Griggs and Browne come in and do my carpets, FANTASTIC! Paul was professional quick and did an amazing job don't bother with any of the large carpet cleaning services Griggs and Browne are so far superior and less expensive to boot! GO LOCAL!

"If It Weren't for Griggs & Browne, the Whole Town Would Fall Down" is the catch phrase that advertises this pest control company (assuming your call is about termites)! However I only recently learned from a friend that they also cleaned carpets! I cannot speak to the pest control part of the business but I was THRILLED with their carpet cleaning.

Our carpeting on the second floor was not old, but there were a couple of serious stains which the workers said they couldn't promise would come out. Well, they got them out and not only is the carpeting again like new, but they also did a "bonus" area (my stairs) for free! Apparently this is a special they were offering, which I was unaware of.

I have never known of a carpet cleaning company to do stairs for their bonus area and I was very pleased. Further, two clean cut, friendly and extremely professional men did the work, and I would like to send kudos to Griggs & Browne for hiring them - they rocked. (As soon as I can find their card, I'll come back and edit this review and provide their names.). We will definitely call on them again.

Mike from Griggs and Browne came by to inspect what I thought was a termite issue. He said it was a wood beetle issue and gave me tips on how to remedy the problem. I offered to pay for his advice and he refused to take it. If I ever have an issue of this kind in the future they will be the first company I call.

Our cat had an episode of explosive vomit on our microfiber couch the Tuesday before Nemo hit. Microfiber is a pain when it comes to cleaning liquid that has seeped in, and this was a huge amount of liquid. I found Griggs & Brown via Yelp. They were able to schedule us for Friday, which turned out to be the morning Nemo hit. Paul was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job (see after pic). It turned out way better than we had hoped, and even better than he expected. If you have a need for cleaning, I would highly recommend them.

I found this pest control company to be unpleasant to deal with, very specific in what pests they get rid of, and not so nice to deal with. Not reccomended!

Who knew Griggs & Browne did carpet cleaning? I've been a pest control customer for a few years and I didn't know until recently. G & B customer service has always been great, though, so I decided to give them a try when my carpets needed cleaning. Paul from G & B came bright and early Tuesday morning. He was prompt, thorough, careful, and efficient.

As a bonus, he was also a really nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. My carpets look great and my house is now ready for Spring! I would definitely use Griggs & Browne the next time I need to clean my carpets.

Griggs & Browne are fabulous at what they do which is get rid of pests! They are efficient and affordable!
