We have used Cape Cod Pest Pros for 4 years or more. We noticed large winged ants which I had identified as carpenter ants in the house and around the clap boards outside the house. Pest Pros came out and did a thorough inspection, verified the carpenter ants and came up with a plan. They were very professional, answered my many questions, and provided the services needed.

Since then, they come out 3 times a year to keep things safe and insect free. Living on the Cape we have many insects that can damage our homes, and this company has taken that worry away. Their services are very reasonable and they are good at what they do. You will be happy with the results of Cape Cod Pest Pros.

Pest Pros is a very professional in every aspect from setting up inspection and or service to providing detailed information upon inspection. I personally had the pleasure of meeting Neil for inspecting my home for mold as well as servicing my home for carpenter ants. He was very knowledgeable, honest and respectful. This is our second year with pest pros. Every "Pest Pro" who has come to our home has been respectful, covid conscious, courteous and friendly. They have done our quarterly spraying for almost 2 years. This year was bad with humidity and the summer spraying needed an extra dose. They came right away no questions asked. We are grateful to have them. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone for pest control.

I have been using pestpros for over 9 months. They have treated my home for ants, bees, and rodents. They do very thorough inspections, are extremely professional and responsive to my concerns. Richard has come to my home on several visits and is particularly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to immediately identify bat droppings and provided me with a referral to someone who could address that issue.

I find their fees to be reasonable and they do not hesitate to come out in between scheduled visits if I have a concern. I highly recommend Pest Pros and will continue to use their services.

We had issues with Carpenter Ants in the spring/early summer and they came out for one visit and we have not seen another since. They also took care of a mold remediation need we had in our attic and did a phenomenal job. Could not have been more please. The crew was neat, clean and paid attention to detail. It was like they were never in the house. Keep up the great work! I would not think twice to enlist their services again and I will sing their praises to anyone looking for pest control/mold remediation work.

Our home in Marion, MA is the second location at which we've used Pest Pros. The issues here (new purchase of an older home where regular maintenance had been deferred) were more extensive and more immediate.mold, rodents, pests. The whole enchilada. Pest Pros spent two days remediating our problems. The team kept us informed about what they found, what they did, and what they will do in future preventive maintenance. This family-owned business has customer service down to a tee. We'd recommend them to any home owner in their service area.

These guys were great. My tenant said they thought they found termites. Pest prow were willing to come out that day, but the tenant wanted them the next day. It turns out the bugs were not termites and the inspection was free. Danyel was super friendly and really seemed to know his business. I appreciated him not giving me a hard sell on other services. I will use them for any future pest problems.

Hello Dan, I want to take a minute to let you know how pleased we were with the services provided by Jacob, Jesus and Danny. They were professional, knowledgeable and patient in explaining issues and remedies, punctual, took extra steps to keep our home as protected and clean as possible during their work, and trustworthy. I felt completely comfortable leaving them in our home while I occasionally ran errands.

VERY HAPPY with Moldpros/ pest pros. Today 8-4-2016 the crew came to our Littleneck bay Mashpee home do so some mold remediation and service their mouse bait traps. They installed a dehumidifier, washed our unfinished basement with Lysol. All very thorough and professional. Mike Travers their estimator and manager has given us selfless professional advice on how to fix our issues.

He didn't try to sell us services but had our best interest in mind. Ultimately we chose the more expensive options. Last week we had their pest division come and set some mouse traps. The gentleman who came was also very professional and courteous. I am very pleased to get such a great service. I would 100% recommend them.

I am giving 5 stars for the work of Mold Care Pros. The sales man Mike, who came for the first visit of free estimation, was a pro. His 3 male and 1 female crew were exceptionally efficient, diligent, and polite. If there is 7 star category, I would give. The crew members were really elite mold busting squad, well organized, working very hard, effectively getting the job done in promised timeline, and professional.

The assessor Mike after initial evaluation sent me the scope of work specifications with price. Although some of the competitors gave me lower price estimation, Mike was by far ahead in the game of business with thoroughness in his presentation, practical approach to solve the problems, and reasonable justification for all the cost he put in the list.

It took 3 and half days to complete the entire attic, attic knee walls, as well as an additional work I requested to clean and seal the floors and walls of my basement for preventing moisture buildup and removing existing mold. The attic work included constructing containment chamber, containing room under negative air pressure to prevent further cross containment from infested materials to areas outside containment chamber, vacuuming all exposed structural wood, scrubbing with biocide to kill the mold spores, applying wood treatment and fungicide as well as Microbloc white pigmented breathable coating, cleaning and drying and filtering air using portable air scrubbers throughout. Surprisingly, on the final day, the president and vice president of the company visited, inspecting the work to my satisfaction and encouraging the crew members, a top-notch business leadership, and very pleasantly shared his company philosophy and values of what they stand for.

No doubt this company will grow. An idealistic example of good business practice, taking care of their clients well and do what they say they would do. They completed the work for my new farm house in Cape Cod more than two months ago, and I have been thinking about writing a review for what they did. I am glad I finally did it. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and the members to you.

I hired them for pest control of a seasonal property and when I went to sell the home inspector found all sorts of infestation issues. I doubt they went out there once, just enough to collect a check.

I've been using Cape Cod Pest Pros for both my personal residence and a 4-family multi-unit property we own for around 6 years. They have always been very professional and effective. They're always on time for our scheduled pest treatments. I always make sure I'm on site when they do the treatment so I can make sure they're doing everything on the bill.

I also like to know what's going on with the building - if anything has changed since previous treatments. They've helped us get rid of Mice in both properties, and have also helped with hornets and ants. We even had a short bout with rats at our rental property, but they helped us get rid of those REAL quick (phew). As with anything, be sure to spend the time to make sure they're doing the work you agree to. Don't just pay them and expect them to take care of your property - you need to be involved.

Avoid these people like the plague. I hired them for total pest control, but when I went to sell my house the inspector found huge amounts of mouse poop. I didn't live in the house and I think CCPP didn't go to the house as often as they billed me. Their web site says "all work guaranteed", but I got stuck with a $5,500 estimate from CCPP to fix their own poor work and clean up the poop and replace insulation for the buyers. They are, IMHO, simply crooks.
