Jason Carpenter is the founder of Environmental Pest Management. He has worked in the pest control industry for 28 years and started the company out of his basement. He is responsible for determining the vision, strategic planning and family succession of the business. Jason has also worked with Dr. Susan Jones at The Ohio State University on research pertaining to experimental use of chemicals for termites & bed bugs. In 2005, Jason created a patented software solution that allows property managers to pin point levels of pest infestations.

A low odor microencapsulated insecticide will be applied to your home with a power sprayer. I retained Environmental Pest Management to set termite traps on one of my properties-the installers were pleasant and efficient and the price was reasonable. After a couple years I confirmed via the bait traps that we did not have any evidence of termites so I requested they be removed. The gentleman that came to remove them was pleasant--I greeted him as I left the property-however I was quite surprised to discover the holes were not filled where the traps were removed.
The 30 plus holes that were left (unfilled with dirt) were approximately 4 inches by perhaps 6 inches--and having 2 German Shepherds with over 30 holes in the yard was not safe at all. It could have easily led to a broken leg or two. Due to my busy schedule I had to retain someone else to come and fill said holes. I share this as consumers need to be aware of this so they can be prepared for the aftermath.

I have worked with Environmental for many years and they have ALWAYS been responsive, professional, caring and respectful to just name a few things about them. My husband and I have been a P3 customer for over a year now. We absolutely love the service and see great value in the protection. We get quarterly treatments to prevent pest infestation and if we ever have an issue in between treatments, they respond quickly to treat it and take care of it. Today we had our second quarter treatment for 2022 by Brendan.
This was the first time Brendan has been our technician and we were very impressed with him! He was incredibly polite and professional and went above and beyond with his service. In addition, he was extremely thorough as he treated the inside and outside of our home, which we appreciate so much. We definitely recommend Brendan for your treatments!

Easy to schedule and fast response time from Environmental Pest Management. Seymour was great to work with and walked me through what he was seeing and what I could look for in future to identify any potential problems. Came out for a termite inspection but while reviewing the exterior also let us know about some ants and how to best handle them. Always have great service with this company and this was no exception.

Our experience with Environmental Pest Management was a good one. We have also used their services before this, which is why we called them again this time. Our technician was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough in his application. He also arrived on time, which is always nice. We moved into this house recently and had some bugs, so we called them. We no longer have those bugs, thank God! Good work!

We recently moved into a home that had active termites in the shed and in our crawl spaces in the house. We were very pleased with the service we got. Our technician, Mike England, was extremely knowledgable and was happy to share his knowledge with us. Very friendly and efficient. All the areas were treated and when he left we felt confident that our home was protected from further damage.
Fast service, friendly technician and a follow-up email put our minds to rest, and all of this for a very reasonable price. We will have them out yearly to make sure things are still good. I highly recommend this company.

Called the business and got a great reception over the phone. Asked about getting rid of ants and what they could do long term. Was under the impression that this was something that they could remedy.well, I was wrong! The tech that came out was first off late. After coming into my residence he stated that he was unsure of the ants he saw and would get back to me yet was very pushy about singing me up to perform a service on either a monthly or quarterly basis.
When I said I just wanted the ants here and now taken care of he again said that it is a waste of my time and money and said that I have to sign up for EPM services. Needless to say I called another company and they took care of the problem effectively and efficiently.
