Go-Forth Pest Management

I was looking for a new pest service after my prior guy of many years flaked out on me. I found Go-Forth Pest Control and they are fantastic. From my first call to the service call, they are great from top to bottom. Gary, the technician was excellent and personable and explained things I needed to know. I even signed a service agreement and generally never do. Kudos to a GREAT small business with fantastic service.

I was very pleased with several things. First, that I was able to speak directly with a live person from the initial call. No long hold time, didn't have to leave a message. Next, the explanation of services based on my current need, was easy and they could come same day! Brandon called to let me know he was on his way. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We found the company was very quick to respond to our call. They were at the door within a couple hours after requesting the service. They were able to answer all my questions, took their time to explain everything I asked them to look into and came across as sincere and honest. They were thorough and went the extra mile. extra several miles. This was probably our best experience with a pest control company and we will definitely continue to use there services.

I am very pleased with the services provided by this company. The team member was polite, punctual, and did a great job of explaining findings and expectations related to treatment of the issue. Before Go-Forth, I had used a couple different pest control services for years, and always had minor issues. However, since changing to Go-Forth a couple years ago, we have been beyond pleased with the quality and efficacy of their services, and the workers are absolutely second to none. I really like generally having the same technician at our regular services, and he's not only personable but professional and very good at his job.

I paid less for prior services at other companies, but the results were almost as if I wasn't doing anything at all. Go-Forth is money well spent and I can't recommend them enough.

Brandon came today and was extremely professional! He did a thorough inspection and alerted me to what I needed. He explained everything in detail and was so incredibly polite and a pleasure to deal with. Go forth is very lucky to have such a polished and professional representative as Brandon. I prefer Brandon to be my regular technician and highly recommend him to all of you out there looking for a great experience with go forth.

Incredible customer service! Called this morning and they had someone here this afternoon. Both employees were extremely kind and knowledgeable about pests and services. I cannot say enough nice things about my interactions so far. Marcus is so AWESOME! He is thorough, knowledgeable and so dang helpful in making a decision. He gives you all your options and offers up personal experience and recommendations to help!

My neighbor recommended Go-Forth Pest Control and since my first interaction with them it has been great! The customer service is immaculate! When Glenn came out to our home, he was on time and very professional. He was extremely patient and answered all of my questions about the type of bug spray that was used for our backyard and so much more. I also had to call back to take care of something with my account and I had the pleasure of speaking with Travis who also had excellent customer service!

He was very patient and took care of our needs. I highly recommend Go-Forth Pest Control! If you want things done right and want to be stress free what are you waiting for? Give them a call!

Our tech Brandon not only does an incredible job with our monthly service to keep insects away, he saved us thousands of dollars. He was checking under the house and noticed we had some water on the encapsulation. He took the time to make us aware, which he did not have to do. Turns out the dehumidifier was broken and couldn't be repaired. Due to it being under warranty they replaced it at no charge.

If he had not told us we wouldn't have known until it was a big problem and may have missed the free placement warranty period. So thankful! Go Forth is the company to go with for value and service!

One star for inspection and one for termite application. I do not recommend using this company. They permanently damaged my slate porch and when I had a supervisor come out to inspect the damages he took pictures and never got back to me. When I called several times to find out what was planned to repair the damage, I was unable to get anyone to respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I haven't used the services yet, however when realizing we would need pest control at our new home I began to feel overwhelmed. I reached out to SEVERAL companies and Travis from Go Forth called me back within a few minutes of my request. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I really appreciated that they were very transparent about what the service packages included as well as pricing.

It was very easy to book and I got a same day appointment. I felt instantly relieved and am looking forward to working with this company. Hoping I'll have even more great things to say after working with them.

I will give two stars as the technicians are nice and the service is affordable. We have mice on our attic. The solution they gave us was to bait the mice outside of the home and they'd die. Months and months later and we still had mice. It did not fix the problem. They didn't look for entry ways or seal anything, just baited the mice. Further, the technicians would show up whenever they felt like it.

My husband works off hours and we couldn't have techs in our house in the mornings. I would get no warning they were coming, they would just show up. So frustrating. So glad to be done with their service.

Go Forth has been my company for pest prevention as well pest control, when needed, for 14 years now. Regardless of the changing weather or my changing needs-they have met & exceeded my expectations year after year. I have recommended Go Forth many times to friends and neighbors as they were recommended to me years ago by a family member. The technicians are professional & prompt & follow all safety & health precautions/guidelines when it comes to keeping my family safe.

The office team is always available for immediate service & support to ensure all my pest issues are resolved and they could not friendlier! Go Forth has been & always will be my answer to keeping pests safely in their homes and out of mine!

Serviceman showed up in the window of time scheduled. I appreciated the flexibility of scheduling and the way they were able to work with me to get the price within my budget. Spray did not leave an odor. Serviceman inspected carefully to try to find the source of ant problem in order to spray appropriately. I am very pleased with the service.

All three of the pest control technicians they sent out were incredibly friendly, very social we all maintened a safe social distant, answered my questions with patience. They never tried to rush through any of their process. They were very thorough and I have no pest issues since signing up with them. Top notch all round. HIGHLY recommend them.

I called about some straggling ants just to make sure I didn't have a problem. They sent someone out right away. They come out between regular scheduled visits if I have a concern. We've had some very persistent ants on the exterior of our home and GoForth came out multiple times until the problem was resolved. We've been really happy with their response time and they way that they try different formulas until something kills the ants that I'm pretty sure came straight from hell. We'll definitely work with them in the future.

Steven (Steve?) came to our house this morning and was so thorough in easing my worries. He took time to calm me down AND referred me to a device that would also assist us in between visits. His stellar service assured me once again that Go-Forth is our most trusted pest control service. Jamie and everyone that we talk to are always warm, understanding and timely. We are truly pleased with this service!

We joined their monthly program six months ago due to having a mouse, insects and spiders in our new home. After six months of having them out repeatedly, we had no relief from the pests and had lost an entire basket of brand new clothes received for Christmas to the mouse. I honestly thought we were going to be re-enacting the movie Mousehunt with the way this mouse was aggravating us.

He was noisy and very busy. The company's response was lackluster and their services didn't work. They let us cancel after six months, but would not refund our money. Finally, at our wits end, after losing all that money and getting nowhere, we began reading some tips online for how to get rid of pests ourselves, we cut up some Irish Spring soap and put it in little sachet baggies around the house. Within a week our pest problems were over. Save yourself $30-$50 a month and the hassle of dealing with their visits that don't work, and their customer service.

I haven't used this service, but my neighbors have. In fact, they're at the house right now. I could hear the old bald guy with a red shirt yelling at someone named "Vicky" in his phone saying that "she shouldn't talk unless spoken to" and that "she isn't listening to a damn thing" and many other obscenities including multiple uses of the F word.

I am now inside my house and can still hear him screaming. Not sure if this is work-related or personal, but this behavior is extremely unprofessional and abusive to whomever he is speaking to. There are children in almost every house in the very nice neighborhood. Someone needs to train their employees on how to act while on the clock.
