When I initially called for service I was unsure about some things and the Office Manager, Michelle, helped me sort everything out and helped me make the best decision for treatment and cost. Michelle is the friendly office associate who makes appointments, gives quotes, and basically answers a million questions, everytime I've called. I am very happy with Omega Pest Management! We removed Sheetrock from our living room and found some damage to the woods along with little black ants. I called and I spoke with Michelle and she was very kind and caring! Dennis came out very quickly and checked it out for us! He was very thorough and even checked our basement where there was a known previous termite problem from before we even bought the house.

I called Omega pest control after unsatisfactorily dealing with a few other companies, a couple local and one chain company. I'm so glad I did! We found mouse droppings in our kitchen and were especially concerned when I discovered one on the drying rack that held my newborn baby's bottles. I portrayed to them the urgency I felt to take care of this issue and they TRULY went above and beyond to accommodate and squeeze me into their super tight schedule not once but twice.

First for the estimate, Dennis (the owner) came that same day literally within the hour. They didn't have any openings for treatment until Monday (it was Thursday) but because I was so concerned with my family's safety, the woman on the phone (so sorry I forget her name, maybe Michelle?) was so incredibly kind and helpful and somehow squeezed me in super early the next day. Cody came and was great.

He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He did not rush at all even though I was squeezed in. I was so relieved and seriously cannot say enough positive things about this company and everyone I've dealt with. We ended up signing up for a monthly plan to keep away common pests (totally worth it esp. for the summer) and Cody came out again today to treat my house. I just love him! Definitely happy customers here, we will recommend to anyone we know looking for pest control, keep up the good work!
