Inspector showed up at our door and I was recovering from knee surgery laying on the sofa with ice on my knee and husband was in the bedroom getting dress after taking a shower We have the video on ring doorbell that he never came into the house We were billed for services not preformed of $90.00 and then my husband talked to the manager and he said he would take care of the bill which he did not We continued getting bills and the we decided to pay the $90.00 to stop bills. They refused our check and said account was turned over to collection agency. Do Not Use this Company!

Unprofessional! Kivian Taylor came out, gave a verbal quote to remove birds from a bathroom vent and cap off 5 vents around my home. I asked to move forward and give a date when he could get the work done -Kivian never called back with a date. 4 days goes by i called the company and I was told Kivian was on vacation and his supervisor would give me a call to schedule. No call back. I called again to be told the supervisor woukd call and as of writing this review I haven't hears from this company. 2 weeks later! Simply unprofessional folks

If i could give zero stars i would! we were told friday that they were going to come on monday morning. monday morning came and we called, the lady on the phone said i will let them know, few hours later we call again and lady said the same thing but she was rude, unprofessional, and even hung up the phone on you! they asked for a 300$ deposit on friday and that they would be there monday but no call now show! we took our business elsewhere! costumer service was trash! old lady on the phone was horrible! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, INSTEAD go to ARRETE pest!150$ deposit and was here the VERY NEXT DAY and did a great job!

I would give 0 star if i could. Person who came to see why we weren't happy with the very first quarterly service didn't call before showing up, had no clue what other services were provided and didn't care if we canceled the service. He showed no interest in customer satisfaction or finding out problem.

New technician in December did terrible job putting insect repellent granules five feet out from the foundation sprinkled all over my shrubs and flowers. Also sprayed some slimy insecticide on back door steps in garage that made the steps extremely slippery. Did not "dry" on painted steps. I had to wash off with Dawn. I called same day as service to complain and no one returned my call.
Then I got my bill for that service and it was increased $8 to $93 without any prior notice to me. I called again and was told supervisor would call very soon. Hasn't happened yet. Theses folks don't care about customer service.

Excellent service and response. We have been using Peachtree Pest Control for over 5 years now. Installed gutter guards and also utilize their wildlife pest management when we had squirrels in the attic. The techs are always polite and professional. I highly recommend Peachtree for your home or business.

I have refrained from posting a negative review for the last two years, but I feel compelled to deter people from starting with Peachtree Pest Wildlife Department. I have had the full service and bond since we bought our home in 2019. My biggest complaint is that you cannot get anyone out for 3-4 weeks. I like to hope that if you are paying for this service that you don't have to live with wildlife in your attic for a month.
The scheduler doesn't call you back, you have to call them and if you leave a message, you still have to follow up. and then you can't get someone out for a very long time! It's really disappointing because when I signed up with Peachtree, the salesperson was wonderful and I trusted they would deliver but unfortunately they have not. Every single technician has been great as well as their pest control! But stay clear of the wildlife department- you won't get what you pay for!

Did not get to actually experience their work. Service person came and surveyed. Diagnosed the problem, gave quote, I agreed, and was told I would be contacted the next day to schedule appointment for work to begin. Three days later, I finally got a call saying they could begin the work January 3, 2022. This is a pest control company and I was not willing to wait from November 30th to January 3rd to get a job started that would also take 2 weeks to complete.
I'm not willing to have a pest issue that long. One Day of a pest issue is already too long for me. This company has great reviews so they must be doing something right. Wish I could have gotten service sooner.

I absolutely LOVE Peachtree Pest Control! Tommy is our inspector and every Friday he shows up when he says he will. I've been using Peachtree Pest Control since 2010 for multiple services, including termite and pest control, and wildlife. Recently, squirrels had begun nesting in a portion of an old greenhouse structure close enough to the house that I could hear them at night. Their wildlife team came out to remediate and not only did a great job, but came back out to screen my attic gables as part of my yearly contract. Highly recommend all of their services and their customer service is excellent!

I have been a customer of Peachtree Pest Control since April 2019. As a property manager, I am over the moon to have Oz H. service my property (four plex) in Lawrenceville. He goes above and beyond to answer any and all questions my tenant(s) may have, and he addresses my concerns as well. Oz explain the product(s) used, how it is used and what I can expect from the service.
I will just put it out there - I had a MAJOR problems with roaches in each of the four units and I was at my wits end trying to figure out how to get them under control. Oz has been patient with me (and my tenants) as he worked diligently to get everything under control. My tenant is very satisfied and, as I stated earlier, I am over the moon with excitement on the major progress - THANKS TO OZ! Oz, you are the best!

Once again, peachtree pest control has gone above and beyond with service and dedication to the customer. I've always been happy with termite and pest control, the wildlife team is awesome too! I've had squirrels in the attic and peachtree has sealed up the attic, set appropriate traps and is winning the rodent war in my house! It's currently 95 degrees outside and Stephen is crawling around in my attic to make sure the critters are out!
Total home peace of mind with these guys. They are all professional, courteous, and informative. You can't go wrong with Marlin, Josh, Zach, or Stephen. They show up when promised and provide follow up to make sure you are happy. Danny Watson in the office is also a pleasure. I started to smell something kind of gross a couple days before I was having a huge party.
I called Danny in a panic and he assured me that they would come investigate and figure it out. Stephen and Scott came and found a squirrel that had died in the insulation. They saved the day! These guys definitely do business the right way!

Do not hire this company for rodent issues. I mistakenly chose Peachtree Pest Control after working with Kevin in Sales. They provided under skilled technicians at first to complete the work. After complaining of sub-par work and an ongoing problem, they provided more skilled labor; however, they had to come out on 4 or 5 separate occasions to "band aid", what should have been addressed the first time they came out.
I had to actively manage them, identifying short cuts they took or areas they missed. I should not be on my roof identifying a pipe they forgot to screen! Over 2 years later, I still have the problem and now, they are not willing to hold up their end of the agreement. They simply do not return my calls and can only assume they have walked away from their guarantee. Rachel told me they couldn't hold up their end of the bargain and advised me not to pay the renewal, a sneaky way to avoid, from a legal perspective, a contract breach.
We never settled on a solution. I now must find a legitimate company to clean up their mess. They get two stars because they have good folks here that tried (Stephen Jones) and are good to work with; however, at the end of the day, I wasted countless hours meeting them to solve a problem they cannot fix. Do not make the same mistake. Please look elsewhere.

They told me their company can do everything. Like construction work, to roofing, painting, installation. Closing of box facials getting ridden of Rats. They send someone to replace my box facial. It still have With big gap and holes. My house is gray. They paint it white. I call to tell them I'm not happy with it. send them ten to twelve pictures where they were supposed to close and replace facial to trap rats from going in or out. Stephen manager said he would send someone out to replaced.
I ask him if he would like it being charged $2000 and his house look like this. No it still look they same they never came. If they did I can't tell. I told him our deal was off. They put down three Rat traps next to my fireplace not sure why. Cut a hole in closet. Still have holes I didn't tell them to do. Another trap in one of the bedrooms. Horrible communication when it come to scheduling. You would not even notice they came if you didn't call. Save your money and buy your own traps! I bought my own and it took me 2 days to do what they "tried "to do for months. They only spray the outside of the house and put plastic traps up! Not worth it! Trust me

I drove about 45 minutes to Peachtree Pest Control, and I arrived around 25 minutes before closing. Online, it clearly stated that they were open until 5:00pm, but they were closed at 4:35pm stating they closed early for Halloween. The next day, I explained how much trouble I went through to get there within there business hours, but they did not offer any discounts or any thing else for my inconvenience.

I have used this company for several years now at our BnB. Things were fine until this year and the treatments seemed to do nothing. Several times we had them back out before I decided to switch companies. Now after speaking with a Representative months ago I'm still be billed via my debit card. I saw a pending charge and emailed the company to ask them to stop charging my account ( we live out of country now so can't call), and nothing. No reply just another charge. I don't know what has happened to the customer service and competency we first experienced but I would not recommend this company.

We used Peachtree Pest Control a year ago and had no issues with the service completed. The service came with a 5-year OPTIONAL warranty renewal. We received several invoices to pay for the renewal which I had no problem with. After not paying these, because it was an OPTIONAL renewal and we weren't renewing, I received an email threatening to send my account to collections if I did not pay within 10 days. This is a completely unethical practice and really shows the type of ownership of this company. Very disappointed.

Five star service. Two star scheduling. Peachtree will schedule your appointment without confirming the time and date with you. They will show up, spray outside only and consider that a full service. You can call and reschedule, at no additional cost, but it really isn't a great process. The customer service of the field employees is incredible. They are knowledgeable, helpful and provide results. I would recommend them, but wish the scheduling was via email, or an online confirmation system.

I've used Peachtree Pest Control for years for my Termite control. Recently I had them come out for a rodent problem in my crawl space. They set traps and left. Well the trap worked the only problem was they left the dead rodents to rot and cause my entire house to smell of dead rodents. I called them multiple times to resolve this and tell explain that I will not pay for this since they messed up so badly. The decided that my business of 10 years was not worth $100. So I closed my Termite Service with them and now they are sending me to collections for $100 dollars.
