Joseph Cotton is not only a professional but a thoughtful and personable young man. Having only met him once before he started out our conversation this morning asking about the outcome of a project that I, at the time was finishing up. VERY impressive! However, the best part is that we share the same unique last name. Pretty cool. Grateful having met Joseph.

I use Adams for preventative pest control and have always appreciated their service. Lupe has always been my service tech and he is wonderful. Always very polite and professional and is a fellow dog lover who is always so kind to my pets. Barb is also a great rep for the company and very polite/accommodating.

I have used Shelley with Adam's for a very long time, on several different properties, both my personal residence as well as rental properties. I believe they are fairly priced and they are very responsive if ever I need them at a time that is not my usual quarterly service. I can count on them every time. Tony G has been my go to guy on my personal home for many years. I trust and appreciate all he does for me.

This is our 2nd year to use Adams Exterminating Co. for Mosquito control. They keep good records of our past service and Shelley was so polite, friendly and quick to respond to our request. One time I had a problem with termites oh, they were building a condo in my husband's shower. The owner, Jason, in the customer service manager, Charlie, came out because my regular man was busy on other calls. I could not believe it, that was incredible! I fix the problem and I was really impressed with them both coming out here instead of putting me off for a week or two.

I guess that is Adams for you! Lupe, my pest control guy. He is so Courteous, Kind and Professional. He makes a point to say "Hello, " if he sees me and always has a SMILE on his face! When I call in, usually I talk to Shelley. She is Professional, has a Smile in her voice and if she doesn't know what my problem is, she tells me she will check into it and call me back and let me know and she does! She's a Delight to talk to! Adams is a Great Company!

I'm writing in regard to Shelley Kennedy, to elaborate on the outstanding service she has provided me since moving to Flower Mound. Her friendly personality was the first sign of the genuine person I would come to know over the years. Shelley was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the business and prompt with emails and phone calls when necessary.

As we formed a relationship throughout the years, she has offered to watch over my house if I needed to leave town, run to the grocery store when I was ill, and drive me to follow up appointments after surgery. She is more than an employee at Adams offering great customer service. Shelley is the type of person that every business wants representing their company name! How fortunate they are to have her.

I have happily used this company for over 30 years. And today they went over and beyond for me, and I was SO grateful. I am currently on vacation far from Texas, and my house sitter reported a huge fly infestation inside the house. When I called Adams, their dispatcher was very sweet and agreed to call my house sitter and arrange for someone from Adams to go out to my house and come inside and address the problem. Even though it was the day before the July 4 holiday, they accomplished this in record time. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Service people block the driveway without even realizing people are waiting to get in. When asked to move they said no. He should expect better service levels.

Adams Exterminating are the best in town. They provided excellent pest control service for our rental home in Denton, TX. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough with his work. I've done most of my communication with Dustin thru Yelp! and he always responds in a timely and very professional manner. They are so easy to communicate with, and aren't pushy at all! The prices are affordable and the quality is excellent. I would highly recommend this family owned, local company!

I highly recommend Adams Exterminating Company. They were incredibly helpful when I called and sent someone out the very next day. Their pricing is competitive and affordable. We had the best experience with our exterminator, Randy. He listened to our concerns, was very knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job. We will be forever customers.

We had a great experience with Adams Exterminating Co. I called for a one time service and they were able to fit me in in just a few days. I got a call on our scheduled day to see if they could come early, but wasn't home. They were able to come by and at my request, graciously put my two dogs up for me so they wouldn't get into anything.

He left a note on our bill stating he was unable to put granules in the yard due to the rain, but would come by later and finish that up. I'm grateful they made sure to do it right instead of just throwing it down that day.

Hector came out to do a write up and estimate. We still had no AC in the house since still transitioning a a this did not lower the quality with which he inspected all areas. He walked me through the specifics of problem areas, wrote out a schematic for program and targets areas. Very kind and answered my questions honestly. Got the estimate and taking our deposit to office ASAP. Can't wait to let Adams get to those carpenter ants.
