Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness After waiting 3 weeks for a scheduled appointment they did not show up nor did they return any calls/messages.

My mom and many of my friends use Falco's services and they are always professional and get the job done right!

Was moving a Double wide trailer that had some bees paid them $350.00 to spray the bees so I could move the trailer the bees were still there a few days later they should have at least bin gone for a month, I was told that by the service man that came out to remove them. when I call them back all I got was we can come out again and charge you another $350.00 that was with Tax but no guarantees I was not looking for guarantees from them but at least one month without the bees like the service man told me. NOT HAPPY

Well, I have been using FALCO (in their Boerne location) for a while now! They are very prompt. Always send me a reminder when pest service is due, and the technicians are very thorough. (Got up under my bookshelves, under the cabinets, under the dressers!) They also handle big wasp infestations, fire ants, carpenter ants, wire-worms, and any other boogem you might have.

I usually see scorpions and spiders and "etc" come coughing and shuddering out with their last gasps over the next 48 hours. Great job - again! Happy to refer them to friends! JDMc

The Falco Pest team did a great job at our home. The tech was very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. They got the job done quickly and on time. We noticed a serious difference in our yard as soon as the treatment had been done. Would recommend them to anyone!

When I first started using Falco 4 times a year, the service was great and very thorough. Last quarter, though, we had gotten a lot of rain and were expected to get more. So the outside of my house wasn't sprayed. Rain isn't their fault, I know. But they said they would reschedule the outside, FREE OF CHARGE, since I was already paying for the whole service.

That never happened. So I basically paid over $90 for them to spray the inside of my 630 sq. ft. home. Then, this quarter, they never called to verify the time in which they would be sending their technician out, which is supposed to be a requirement. Because of this, I wasn't able to pick up the house to get the full benefit of the pest spraying. I'm sorry, but if I'm paying over $90 for pest control, I should be able to get my money's worth. I don't know if they've gotten new employees or gone under new management or what but the service has gone completely downhill. Falco has lost a customer for good.
