Unprofessional company & never returned my phone calls. I absolutely would not recommend this company. I should of read some of the reviews of the company before using this company. They never took care the problem. They took my money and problem was never resolved. Someone was so post to come back out never showed up for the second time.

Should have showed up to our house Wednesday 1-4. The didn't show up till 7pm put tent on only 1/2 the house and then left cause they didn't have everything they needed. As of 11:30am Thursday no one has showed up to complete / start the fumigation of our house. Beyond frustrating!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SCHEDULED TO DO A HOUSE FUMIGATION. AND AFTER PACKING AND DOING EVERYTHING ACCORDINGLY TO THERE RULES. THEY CANCELED THE SAME DAY THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT DO TO A LITTLE RAIN! VERY INCONSIDERATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCEPTABLE NOW I GET TO REFILL MY SHELVES AND FRIDGE JUST TO TAKE IT BACK OUT A COUPLE DAYS LATER.PERFECT!

This company is deplorable. They come to your house, they smile to your face and sell you their company, you give them a one year contract for $500. The individual named Jeff (is the one that sends out service calls) says: I WILL NOT WASTE CHEMICALS ON YOUR PROPERTY! Yes, these were this individuals name, and then he sends a guy "claims to be a brain" in his car with a can and a metal pump but NO TRUCK TO SERVICE AGAIN.

This company in my opinion SCAM! What is obvious they are denying what you have paid for to stick you the TENT, well this company is a scam, unprofessional, liars and will not get another penny! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET AS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The lady for answers the phones has no customer service skills whatsoever. I am not happy because I was scheduled to have a technician come to my location due to termite activity on 3 different occasions and my appointment was rescheduled. I requested that the issue be escalated and was told I'd be contacted by the owner. That never happened!

I called to inquire as to when I would be contacted by the owner and the phone was blindly passed to someone named Larry. He had no clue why he was given the phone. He said he was the manager. Also unprofessional. I give up! I will not be renewing my warranty with this company. Not dependable, Not professional!. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

This was the best $65 I have ever spent in my life. Its rare to to ever come across a pest control company that can change your life. The abilities of this company has no peer. I will never use any other company for my pest needs ever again! Service: Termite inspection

The team was responsive. They came within 48 hrs of contacting them. They arrived promptly and were very courteous and professional. They were also very thorough with their inspection. I had occasion to speak with the office regarding the recommendations and found them to be very polite as well. a Good Value + Good people = Highly recommend. I would highly recommend this company and the people who work there.

I was recommended by my home inspector and I am completely happy with the service and everything about the pest control. I have been serviced twice (renting) both times, the personnel have been not only professional, kind but very knowledgeable regards the source of the issue, how to maintain it and future precautions. I had my home tented and fumigated and a few months later I still noticed termite activity. I called them and they sent a guy out and he was there maybe 10 minutes tops. Nothing changed. I called them again and complained they told me they were going to send someone else out on Thursday between 3/4pm. The guy never showed up and they never called. I called them back they said someone will come out the next day SAME THING! No one came and still no call back. Save yourself the headache and use another company!

BUYER BEWARE. We communicated with PestDepot and its owner Larry to get termites we had exterminated. PestDepot came to inspect the property and sent us a quote for tenting. Price was slightly cheaper then most. Tenting was done professionally and quickly. We inspected 2 days after, and once safe, and all looked fine. We came back a week later to inspect, and it looked like the home was never tented.

I reached out to PestDepot and spoke to multiple people, including Larry. They blame everyone else but themselves. We did not know, the inspection you had done was not correct. They sent another quote for similar money for the same job, and claimed what we "REALLY" needed was drilling and to get rid of the "Carton". I would always be careful to make sure what kind of termite you have before contracting with PestDepot.

They do not stand behind the service they provide. Added 9/25/2021 Much of your response is not accurate and never happened. If litigation is the way you would like to go, your free to spend your money how you like. I will not be taking this post down.

When I called the lady was so nice and friendly but most importantly she was so patient with me and guided me through the process and explained all my options. I highly recommend this company. They came in and didn't inspection and offer to take over my warranty. they never sent me the renewal notice and when I reached out to them to find out why I haven't gotten it they told me that since it was 2 weeks too late they needed to do a reinspection. they set a date and didn't show up and pushed it off for two more weeks until they finally showed up walked around the house and found old termite damage that they have already knew about from when they took over the warranty because we had had our house tented to get rid of those termites and they decided that I had to pay a fee to treat the non-existent termite problem that their inspectors admitted there were no termites anywhere near there in order to renew my warranty with them again. There are a bunch of extortionists and I highly recommend everybody go elsewhere

This company is a joke, they never show up on the scheduled day, they always send someone different when I specifically requested the same person, when the "tech" arrives, I always have to insist for him to wear protective gear, (mask, shoe covers) they once, sprayed my laptop on the floor, sprayed my antiques.they pretend to test for termites, when in fact, they really just take your money. They are rude on the phone, talk a mile a minute and always seem to have an excuse for everything, I really don't recommend this company.

Our bank required a home inspection to refinance, inspector found some termite droppings so a treatment was recommended with Pest Depot. They quote $688 for treatment, they made like 8 holes and sprayed some product inside the walls. I inquired why so little treatment and how much was to tent the house I was told it was only a couple of hundred dollars more but that it was not needed and besides they had a 1 year warranty.

I had no choice but to pass inspection I relented, now 6 months later we have over 100 termites flying inside the house and they came over saying this is a different type of termites and that it will cost $1834 to tent house. We've been in the house for 11 years, never saw a termite and now when they have to honor the warranty we have 2 different kinds of termites?

They misdiagnosed the termites they supposed to treat, they charged $688 for a $25 spray treatment and now they want an additional $1834 because they don't know the difference

I am a long time customer.ant issues that have arisen have been handled promptly and professionally.their service is A-One. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pest control company.

The woman was so nice and informative, she answered all of our questions and even more. We told her our pest problems, and she delivered options and gave us the pros and cons of everything to make our decision easier. Our visit was really enjoyable and we will be back:
