This guy who came to my house, is an opportunist, he claim he seen a couple of wings, when I asked where never got an answer, he claimed, there no access under my house, there's three all he needed to do was ask, he still insists on a couple of wings on the floor some where in the house but, still would not show them to me, quote and unquote, he told me his report will remark that he seen a couple of wings, that not saying that there is termites, but there is a chance, When he wrote his report, man you think my house is so affected with termites, you can see them everywhere, and that's not true, I just had a four point inspection on February 19 2022, the guy only thing he said to my is, if I get more installation I can save a whole lot of money on electricity but he gave my roof of 10 plus year, I don't recommend Cox

Had them treat our church building recently for dry wood termites. Excellent, professional service at a fair price. Paul Cox was very good to deal with. We decided to go ahead and try their lawn service, too. The first application made a notable difference. Even at this time of year the grass is evidently healthier and we are very pleased. Highly recommended.

Bad experience, bad service. They gave me a list of stuff to do before they could do termite treatment (examples: move gazebo away from home, remove gutters from back of house, remove rain guards from above windows, etc.) Which I hired someone to do. I came home to my water line broken, gutter ripped off. Hole in my Florida Room roof( I asked about them being on my roof and I was told on mobile homes they didn't walk on the roof) perfect footprint where the aluminum was sliced.
Of course I found out about the roof when I had to mop up my Florida room Neither door was locked and left my keys outside (after I was told they would call the day before to give me my keys and let me know what time I could come back in) I called them the next morning. The tent was on my roof less than 24 hours and was told it would be on longer.
I haven't seen any termites. So that's good. My back door would not lock after the tenting I had to hire someone someone to fix all the stuff they damaged. But hey they gave me a whopping $50 off the $1300.00 I paid them. They had every excuse of how things happen. Small town businesses I usually have been satisfied with outcome. If something went wrong they would fix it or make it right NOT WITH COX I was told that I was basically out of luck and to read the contract.
I will definitely do that MORE carefully in the future. So that tells me they sent their salesmen out to lie to get your business Nothing the salesman told me, actually happened they way he said it would. Careless and sloppy workers. I will not recommend this business. Very disappointed
