My tech Erin is awesome, courteous, friendly and efficient. I moved down here from NJ and went a year without professional pest control, but unless we sprayed constantly we were having issues with tiny ants and roaches getting inside our home. Now Erin comes every other month, we haven't seen a bug inside in since our first treatment. Affordable, excellent service, would recommend them highly.

We have used Travis for over ten years for Pest Control Services and Judy is excellent (five stars to her alone). We started with their Lawn service a few years back and the followup required to get them to treat problem areas became too much. Our last encounter was a bunch of excuses as to why half our backyard lawn is dead (pictures to follow). Our experience with the Lawn Service is somewhat similar to another poor rating where I didn't see any lawn technicians in the backyard.

The company is changing or the Owners aren't getting the appropriate customer feedback/complaints. All we see is a dead lawn that we paid to get treated. My neighbors use Patrick's Lawn service and it looks excellent.

I've been a Travis customer for almost five years. We originally had a problem with roaches that got into our clothes boxes when they were stored for a few weeks before our house was ready to move into. The previous pest company was expensive and ineffective, but Travis came in and that was the end of them for us. We later noted ants in the kitchen area and Travis responded with a treatment plan that has kept them at bay ever since. Obviously, pest management is not a once and done deal.

With regular service calls scheduled for the outside of the house, the Travis technician keeps them out. The past few days, after large amounts of heavy rain, we started noticing a few acrobat ants in in kitchen and foyer and bathroom. One call to Travis and our technician Will (who regularly services our house) was at the door IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES ready to get them out.

He completed the assessment and treatment quickly on the inside and resprayed the outside of the house, as well. I am very pleased with their service and their commitment to serving the customer. You can tell this is a family run company that takes pride in their work! It has made living in Florida quite comfortable. Thank you Travis!
