Incredibly frustrated with this company. I called specifically about my home's ant problem. After coming out twice I'm still seeing a massive ant fest. When calling a third time I was told that ants were just common, which added to my frustration and anger. This was the specific issue that I called about and the company promised results as part of signing a year long contract. Getting a bit of pushback from the company on a refund so I'll update on their customer service promise and if I'll have to document the issue and report it to the credit card company because the company refuses to take responsibility.

They are the most honest company/pest control technicians around. They never gouge with the price, yet give amazing and quality service. I recommend them for commercial as well as residential.

I called Pestgon because I discovered I had a roof rat in my attic. Jaimon said he placed traps in my attic and I paid him, but the rat is still there. Jaimon was absolutely useless, and treated me as if I was an idiot. Don't waste your time or your money!

Drivers are very RUDE, vehicle license plate PSTGN13 cut us off with my kids in the car, finding out driver was in the phone.

I had an infestation of ants for 6 weeks in my kitchen and I was literally going crazy killing ants all hours of the day and night. I called my property management company for the name of the pest control company that services my community. I was given the phone number for Pestgon. Within 1 hour Jaimon with Pestgon was at my front door ready and armed to rid my home of ants.

It took one more visit the following week to get the rest of the ants we missed the first time. I'm happy to report the ants are finally gone. I highly recommend Pestgon if you need an exterminator in San Diego.

One of the better companies I have ever worked with and always Appreciate the level of customer service and quality they provide. I have been using them at work with the commercial properties since 2014 and recently hired them for my home. Glen and Paula are so great! They are always on top of it and definitely make it easy for me. Glen always, always, always responds and acts with urgency on initial and return calls. Bob, who is servicing my home, is such a delight. He's only serviced my house once so far but he definitely took the time to go over it all prior to arriving and during the first service. What more can a girl ask for!? Great company and people to work with!

They service our office buildings and Glen Beuchler always goes above and beyond to ensure our buildings are well serviced. We always receive confirmation that the work has been completed. Pestgone is not only an excellent termite and pest control service, they are also excellent business people. They did a superb job with my termite and ant problem, they treated me with respect, and they gave me the best deal. That's the true business trifecta.

Went ahead and called Pestgon, but receptionist was completely unhelpful. She wouldn't answer any of my questions about the service, and even hung up on me. Most definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.

I've heard it said that you can tell a lot about a company by how they treat their employees and the cleanliness and organization of the office. While I don't have Pestgon service my house (only because I live far out of their service area in North Los Angeles County), I had the chance yesterday to spend the day with the company at a social gathering.

I then stopped at their office on my way home. I can say in with a certainty that this is an upstanding group of people, from the owner down to the newest service technician. This crew is honest, well mannered, friendly and great bunch to hang out with. The office is impeccably clean and neat, even the storage areas that are not open to the scrutiny of the public look orderly and shipshape.

If all businesses and people conducted their vocation as Pestgon does, the world would be a better place. If you live in their service area and are needing, or looking for a new extermination company, I highly recommend calling them and giving their company a shot at eradicating your pests.

Pestgon is great! I work for an HOA Management Company and we always have issues with pests. Carlena in the office is so sweet and easy to work with. The technician that services our properties, Omar, is great as well. I love that the company is quick to respond to our service needs. It's also great that Omar sends me a quick email of the work that has been done so I can know what's happening. Keep up the good work!

Pestgon recently inspected my home for termites and discovered that we needed to have the tent procedure done. They were prompt and did an excellent job.

I have been with Pestgon for about 2 years and they have never missed a beat. This morning I saw a small mouse, clinging to life on the hose for my pool cleaner. When I checked again, he was gone and my dogs keep sniffing the in ground area at the site of the debri basket which is used to collect leaves, branches etc. I assumed that the little guy drowned. Wanting to avoid the sight of a dead little mouse, I did not have the courage to look myself.

I called Pestgon and 2 hours later Johnny came out! Ironically, the little mouse was still alive! Johnny took him and promised that the little mouse would be relocated where he wouldn't be falling into swimming pools! Extraordinary service! Compassionate people!

On time, courteous and very professional. Our technician actually cares about our property and has offered up ideas to help us so that we can thoroughly enjoy the outdoors again. Kudos to Pestgon!

Our dogs had fleas and we were having the worse time trying to get rid of them since our property management refused to do treatment in the bushes around our apartment at Island Club Apartments in Oceanside. Well when we moved we didn't want to bring any fleas with us. Pestgon did a 1 time service for us by spraying our furniture in our garage of our new place. (And of course we gave our dogs flea treatments) the tech. Came right on time, the service was quick and when I called their office with questions the gal on the phone was very helpful! I would highly recommend this company for any of your bug problems!

Love these people. After having another pest control company for several years and finding they were not doing what they were charging us for, we got rid of them. Then we made an appointment with a large pest control company and two months later, we're still waiting for him to arrive. Terminix yelp to come. I drove past a Pestgon truck close to my house.

I called and found they were a local company and had someone at our door the next day. Would have been the same day but I wasn't available. The best part, I didn't even tell them about my past experiences with the other two companies. This is obviously how they usually conduct their business. Frank arrived the next day at the appointed time and after a short discussion, he went about his business. Great job, great people and almost $30 less a month than we were paying! Oh, and no bugs or spiders. If you need pest control, you must call them.

The company I work for has done business with Pestgon Termite for years. But I have never used their services personally until today. I was in the middle of having vinyl flooring installed when the installer found termites. Gennie got me on the schedule right away, and they took care of the issue so my installation process could continue. I am completely satisfied with their service. Dave was knowledgable and courteous and got the job done quickly. Overall great experience. Thanks!
