Avoid this company at all cost! They do not honor their warranties. They treated my property for termites. That treatment included a one year warranty guaranteeing their work. They retreated once after termites came back approximately 2 months later. After the first retreatment the termites returned to the same areas that were initially treated (4-months later/within the warranty period).
I recontacted them and told them the termites were back again. They sent out an inspector who provided every excuse in the book as to why they would not honor their warranty. Scam artist at their finest! Stay away.

I hired A1 Watkins for various services at my home. Originally, we had an ant infestation and A1 was very professional and clean in the way that they addressed our problem. When we found that we needed termite abatement, we called them back and we found that they were very responsive. My main contact Tony was always available to answer all of our questions regarding the dangers of chemicals, because we have dogs in the house. I would recommend this company to all! Thank you!
