David rectified issue of no one having come out for 2nd treatment, after multiple calls starting within two weeks of 1st treatment for $269 carpenter bee treatment. Therefore, previous review has been removed to reflect that 2nd treatment has since been completed, albeit over a year following 1st treatment. Service: Bee extermination

0/5 overall. Completely dissatisfied overall with this company in every aspect. I called at the end of May for a spray, they said they were back logged and it would take a few weeks, which is no problem everything is crazy right now. But mid June comes and I don't hear anything, I'm patient so I gave them another week, no calls, no one came to spray so I followed up with them the third week of June and was told they would have someone come out the following Monday June 28th which is one month past when I called.

I agreed and set the date. They never showed up, not only that but they didn't even bother to call. I again was patient waited all day for someone to arrive (Like I was told) and never heard a word so an hour before they closed I called the office to see what was going on. The gentlemen told me he only had one guy on the road and it was hectic but he would call him to get him out today and call me back if there was any issues. Welll I never heard from a soul and no one showed up.

It's now Thursday. When I called the office to let them know my experience and how long it's been and I felt at this point I should cancel there was no customer service or trying to understand my point of view she just said "okay I'll let him know". Locally run or not this place is terrible I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy.

I was very impressed Tice's knowledge about my ground bees and answered all my questions without a "sigh"! Not to mention I like their environmental approach.

I had a great experience with Dafydd and Tice from Bio Tech Pest Controls! They were absolute gentleman, knowledgeable and professional. They didn't over-inflate any assessments and they were straight shooters. Not to mention that I love their environmentally friendly approach. I'm glad I found them!

Not only did BioTech handle my rodent problem, but the lead technician (jolly British chap) spotted a termite issue we had no idea was there. BioTech literally saved my house! Thank you!

I'm so happy to have been able to find a company that is eco-friendly and pet safe. Bio Tech provides an essential service and does so with passion. They listened wholeheartedly to my concerns and assured me they would take care of it. Our technician, Tice, was wonderful and very thorough. I know he had a very tough day but he still tirelessly took on this project for me and did so with a smile on his face. If we ever need to use an exterminator in the future we will definitely be returning customers to Bio Tech!

We've used their services for years because they don't use harmful chemicals. What they do use is effective against ticks, fleas and black ants and wasps nests (the only areas we needed help). They are responsive when I call and everyone at Biotech who've worked with us are very knowledgeable and professional.

Last year a gentleman came to our house offering to get rid of our outdoor ants in our yard from Insight. They charged $120 quarterly. Most importantly, they did not get rid of the ants! We had a year contract. Once, they left a card in the door stating they treated our yard, which was not true, because we have a dog who is on an electric fence and would never allow them in the back yard & deck area.

Another time a card was left in the door stating they treated our home. We had 6 inches of snow & the ground was frozen. I'm sure the ants were frozen also! LOL Both times, I called their customer service & demanded a retreat. They agreed. So, now we are up to 6 treatments & they never, as promised got rid of our outside ants. When I called to cancel our contract, they stated they have a better option for our ants & I could get a discount!

Next I called BioTech in Westerly RI. They charged a one time fee of $195. BioTech stated to call in a few weeks if the ants were not gone. The gentleman came back only once. He was very knowledgeable and after a second treatment, our ants are gone! Thank you BioTech!

Biotech are extremely professional and conduct the most thorough wood destroying organisms property exams I have witnessed. Highly recommended! A true pleasure to do business with!

I should rate this company a 1, however they have good customer service so I'll give them a 2. We used their tick spraying services which did not work. They have a 30 day gaurentee which we had to take advantage of because we still had ticks. And even after a second spray, we still have lots of ticks! We will be switching back to our original company even though their products weren't 100% organic, they were 100% effective.
