Critical: Professionalism The business overall seems to be fine, but I would suggest some extra training with your techs. Asking for personal phone numbers (for purposes outside the scope of work) during a scheduled service probably isn't a good idea.

These are experts doing the job properly. They want to satisfy the client and do it safely. I have had their service for years in various Florida properties and continue to use them

Not very positive attitude went there for a job with more than well enough qualifications for the position and didn't even get a call back after the interview did they forget no pain treating their customers like that just forgetting about account

This company is a rip off! I had to prepay for service to get rid of snails. Paid for 4 treatments over the course of a year. We have had 3 treatments done, and yes we still have snails. We are moving out of the Jacksonville area & I called to cancel service & ask for a refund of the 4th treatment that I had prepaid for. They don't do refunds. How convenient. DO NOT USE these people. And if you do, DO NOT PREPAY for anything.

We are very satisfied with the pest control service offered by this company. They have excellent costumer service and they are very knowledgeable about the job they are set to perform. We are particularly impressed with Lance, as he was punctual, friendly and professional when handling our home inspection. Thank you guys for all you do!

Worst place ever these people has missed 5 appointments. There always late. The workers don't care. They just tell you "oh I have other places I have to go". Run away from this company as fast as you can. Especially if you live in the Orlando area.

My house was treated for termites and now my porch is deteriorating from termite damage. I wasn't told that the contract I paid for had expired and was charged extra for a treatment around the exterior bottom of my house for "sugar ants". When the carpenter came to install new flooring he found infestation of sugar ants. I since have moved. Today a. serviceman showed up and told the new owners he came for a scheduled treatment.

They told him I no longer lived there and he sprayed around the perimeter of my old house and gave the new owners a bill with my name on it. I NEVER MADE THAT APPOINTMENT! He marked that he also inspected/treated around windows, eaves, door facings and ALL entry points-HE DID NOT! He told the new owners he'll get my new house next time. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO MY NEW HOUSE AND DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR YOUR MISTAKE!

Danny Seagroves with the Jacksonville South office is the person you looking for to help with your Pest control needs. I must to say that he is very knowledgeable and makes sure you'll understand everything you need. I highly recommend Danny!

This company could definitely use some training of service & follow up. I've called several times to transfer the existing bond on my home since we are the new owners. They said it couldn't be done until after a re- inspection. They came out & cannot give me any further information on the re-inspection & cannot even get a returned call after repeatedly telling me they would call. Has been going on for a month. I can't tell if they are running a business or a circus.

Andrew just came by to spray my home. Not only was he professional but he was extremely knowledgeable. I was so impressed with his suggestions on how to treat my apartment and his recommendation for follow up. If all of your employees are this courteous than you are doing a wonderful job training them. Thank you so much!

Derek is absolutely wonderful and professional I called needed service inside for fleas. He sprayed and told me everything I needed to do and even took an extra step I needed my house sprayed for a few palmetto bugs and he did it happily and I really appreciated that I have been really busy with my husband just getting out of the hospital and working 2 jobs and he was happy to fit me in. Thanks a bunch. This is why I have been with this company for over 20 years.

My wife and I have had Florida Pest Control for quite some time now. We've gone through several technicians, most of whom were good, a few needed better training. Now we have Derek Ross and he's fantastic. Very thorough, very professional, and very polite. Definitely an asset to this company and hopefully he'll be our technician for a long time, unless he gets promoted in which case I'm sure he'll deserve it.

With new owners they "lost" the customer service experience and excellence. So now looking for new service provider After 15+ years, I guess times are a-changing

Our technician, Derek, has been exceptional. His skills at detecting the problem and then solving it have been outstanding. Our issues have cleared up immediately. We really appreciate his quick response even on Christmas week. Service: Ant extermination

Tenting service is an absolute nightmare with this company. Zero. I mean ZERO communication from them. Never let us know when they were going to show up. Never let us know when we could get back in our house other than "we'll call you by the end of the day". Have been in a hotel and have to check out at 11 so basically sit in our car until they feel it's a good time to call. And even then we won't know if it's safe to get back in. Will NEVER use or recommend them again. Ever. Worst customer service I've probably ever encountered.

I just want to give Derrick a shout out. My dad just passed away, and my mom is heading out of town with us, but she noticed that her pesky ants had returned. Mom called early one morning and needed the service ASAP since we're leaving, and Derrick was here within 30 minutes of the call. We appreciate the speedy response and we also appreciate that the ants appear to be gone!

We've used Florida Pest Control for 22 years as they treated the property before the house was built. We started using their pest services several years ago and have been satisfied with their quarterly pest service. Whenever we have an issue, they are very responsive and take care of the problem right away. Derrick does a great job, is personable and professional.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Nothing but issues, bad customer service, and BUGS with this company! They came out to my home and sprayed and set traps, NOTHING! Still so many bugs it was ridiculous! And no bugs in the traps! They left wasps nest as well. I called to have them come back out and about 10 calls later they finally did, not to service the house again but to see where the issue was!

They are trying to charge me for services that were not performed even after I paid for the first service that did not do anything, I had to spray my own home with stuff from Lowe's and it worked much better! I still have them trying to charge me for services not performed after the representative I talked to said not to worry he would take care of it! Nobody calls you back or answers their phone to begin with here! STAY AWAY! They are the WORST company I have ever had to deal with!
