The safe growing, production and storage of high-end agriculture crops is essential to feeding consumers not only in the United States but around the world. Protecting crops from harmful pests as they make their journey from farm-to-table is a job Sprague takes seriously and is well-positioned to deliver on.
Sprague knows your customers and consumers rely on goods to be delivered to distributors, retail partners and consumers in a timely fashion. Supply chains can't afford to be slowed down by pests, and we'll keep your warehouse and distribution operations running on schedule and pest-free. In many storage and distribution facilities, unwanted invaders make homes in dark corners and neatly stacked pallets.

Good enough service where we havent had issues with pest so I give 3 stars. I take 2 stars because the techs dont alway remeber what services they suggested. They suggested we replace our back screen door sweep, which it did need replacing, but when our tech came out, the same one who suggested we replace it, replace another back door. When we told her what door actually needing replacing and she said that the screen door wasnt an issue then said they would have to charge is for that door sweep also.
I would leave less than 3 stars for this but I called and the manager apologized for the confusion and offered to replace the screen door door sweep for free. So at least they helped rectifying the problem.

The front office is not very helpful - this is a Tacoma Washington outfit, so you have to go through multiple layers to get to your local branch. I scheduled a consult with a technician who never showed up - nobody gave me notification in advance or an apology afterwards. For $400 they'll set a couple of traps and put out some bait, then charge you another $70 to pick them up afterwards.
I was never given any indication that they had solved the root problem, and was never able to talk directly to the technician even after multiple requests so I'll probably be calling another local outfit when the mice come back.
