Critical: Professionalism, Quality I would not recommend this company! They came out to my home for service, and I noticed NO CHANGE in inset activity. When I cancelled my service with them, now I'm getting bills in the mail for services I've already paid for. Very sketchy place. Service: Spiders

Very competitive pricing at less than all others I called. They were able to send a tech to my property the day I called, he called me with a great quote, emailed me the treatment plan while he was there, completed the treatment, and the bill was in my email the next day. Seamless process, professional, great customer service start to finish from this company. I will use them from now on at all of my properties for pest control absolutely!

I was quite frustrated with pestrite not being remotely on time for the two appointments I had scheduled. The first one had a window of time and the technician arrived well after that. I had rearranged my schedule and was still almost late for work the first time. The first appointment was at 8 AM so there doesn't seem much of a reason for being late.

I scheduled the second appointment at 5 PM on 8/25 and waited an hour. No one showed up and I had to leave. I called the company from out front of my home at 6:00 pm or a few minutes after and left a message for the company. I found a post-it note from Pestrite on my front door the next day that had 8/25 at 6:00 handwritten on it. I didn't get a call back from my initial 6 pm call and i did express my frustration at the lack of communication.

We had Ken and Jack come out to help us and they were both AMAZING. I expected a lot from them from the reviews but I can't put into words how helpful and great they really were. 11/10 would recommend them 1000x. They helped us get our home back! Service: Rodent extermination

Jake was awesome! Very knowledgeable and made sure to hide the ant bait in places that our daughter and dog would not find them. The Pestrite team is always helpful, they are reliable and I can can guarantee they will be there in the scheduled day without issues. Have noticed a drop in spiders and rodents in our home.

We own a 53,000 square foot facility, 4 acres. and a lot of open space around our Event Center. They have done an AMAZING JOB managing everything inside and out and providing us a first-class, clean environment! I'm amazed on the customer service, attention to detail, reports they send to us with specific details of their monitoring, and follow up. Absolutely, first-class operation and we hope to have a long, lasting relationship with them being an official partner with P2P Sports!

I called and they were able to get me in the next day. They took care of two large wasp nets up high in our eaves and sprayed around our house. They were very curious and reasonably priced.

Mike and Jack were amazing. Very professional, VERY thorough. I've had Orkin service for years, and NEVER got as good of service or treatments. I switched companies immediately and am so happy!
