Nasty owner, I don't know how they do with pest control but moisture control under the house, they have been doing horrible with us. we got a automatic pump under the house and first time it rains good it stopped working, and I have to pump the water out myself so they can fix it although we've been paying them to maintain it.also they sprayed mold killer on floor boards, did not kill all the mold. it should've took at least an hour and a half it do, the guy did it in like 20 mins. and claimed he went over it twice. 4 bedroom house. I have to pick a star and don't want to.
