After many, many years of regular service, suddenly this last summer the monthly service visits stopped. No notice, no email, no phone call. After 2 months of hearing nothing, I called and found out that our regular serviceman had been injured and was out for the foreseeable future. very sad. Homer is an amazing technician. We hope he recovers soon.
At this point, an appointment was made, and when the time came, no one showed up. We called again. By this time we had gone 3 months without service. After 2 phone calls, and a month of waiting, a service person showed up, but he simply didn't have the time to fully spray the house. From that day on, 3 more appointments have been missed No explanation as to why. no apologizes or efforts to reschedule.
It was all left to me to call and call and call because messages were never returned Now I can't even get scheduled. Our house, which was beautifully bug free is becoming a favorite place for cockroaches. After numerous messages, we were now told that they cannot come out to Laie on Thursdays, even though we have always, in 7+ years, been scheduled on Thursdays.
They aren't offering any other days. They have lots of excuses and zero solutions. Without notice, we have been swept aside. I'm sure that things are extraordinarily tough with staffing and all, but we are long term customers. Always polite and easy to work with. We left numerous positive reviews past, and tipped our service person generously. To suddenly be dropped in such a callous way is disheartening, to say the least. Very, very unprofessional.

Roland was great! The termite tenting crew was polite and the final day guy who checked chemical levels in the house was also nice. The tenting crew had left trash around the property and did not remove all tape from roof corners, and left one of our water hoses disconnected and laying in a random spot. I arrived to the property before the final walk around and test for chemical levels, so these things may have been remedied by someone the test guy if I hadn't already done it.

Roland is respectful, helpful and honest. I appreciate my concerns about termites being taken seriously. He also helped me load my car with an item that was going to be placed in the "vault"to be heat-treated. He wanted to make sure I could see out the back window of my car and he taped the rails and put the drawers back into my plastic bags. That kind of care is so appreciated!
When I got to the office, I was met immediately by another employee who was coordinating with Roland to take care of my item. Sandwich Isles always takes good care of my property!

Customer service was very nice and service was great. The Pest controller was nice, was very thorough what he was going to do, and made sure to let me know safety measures of the move in spray, which entitles to stay out of the place for at least 2 hours. I was appreciative of the way it was all handled professionally. Services: Cockroach extermination, Spider extermination, Rodent extermination, Ant extermination
