I have had the pleasure of having Jordan as my exterminator for several years and across several locations. I am not sure if they designate a person to a customer but that has been my case and I am very pleased with that. Jordan and the company have done everything from termite inspections and remediation on past properties as well as maintaining homes throughout the years.

He has always been ready for any pest that I've found, provided excellent customer service, answered any call/text, and a pleasant conversation every now and then. It has been a pleasure working and getting to know him. I couldn't be happier with the level of service and care that he and the company have provided our family.

We have been using Etown Exterminating for about 4 years now. We have the termite system they check once a year and they spray our house every other month. We usually have no problem with bugs and if we happen to have an ant outbreak (usually do to my hummingbird feeders) our technician, Jordan, always responds very quickly to take care of them. He is friendly, prompt and does a thorough job which I appreciate! We have been pleased with our services!

Ethan is my technician and I would like to commend him for doing a great job during each monthly home inspection. His is courteous, polite, respectful and seems to enjoy his work. In the past, all of my previous technicians were friendly and helpful. However, Ethan seems to go above and beyond all the others. He has the knowledge and personality necessary and takes care of any and all problems and questions I may have. He does a great job.

Jordan W is my service guy and he is always super nice. He lets me know when he will be at the house when he leaves and if he sees anything that might need attention. He's professional and does a great job. Also the lady's in the office are always so nice and patient when I call in to pay as I keep forgetting to set up online stuff. I appreciate their business.

Cory is absolutely great. Very professional and knowledgeable. He is prompt and our concerns are his concerns. Would totally recommend him for any position in your organization. He needs to be with customers to explain why hiring your company would be an asset and most likely increase the value of their home. We have used this company for year round bug maintenance for over 30 years - both at home and at our business. Have had several technicians over the years - all courteous and responsive to any needs in between monthly service. Our current technician, Ryan, is friendly, on time, professional, and takes pride in his work. He takes good care of us. We have two dogs and he brings them treats. One follows him around the entire time he is working and he is very patient with her.

Started the service in May 2021 to cleanse and protect before moving into our new home. Brent, our exterminator, is very friendly, respectful and polite. He is flexible with appointment times due to our schedule and is always on time and reliable. He does a thorough job both inside and outside our home, going above and beyond what we ever expected.

I recommend Etown Exterminators for all your extermination needs. The monthly service charge is a great price and worth every penny with the excellent customer service we continually receive!

I highly recommend E-town Exterminating. We've been blessed with incredible service from them for over twenty years. John (our exterminator) is wonderful! He's always on time and happy to swing by anytime we need him to. He's very thorough, friendly, and extremely trustworthy. John has also always been great with our very large dogs. I have been a customer of Etown Exterminating for almost 10 years. They provide exceptional service and a great product. I used them for termite control at my first house and continued service at my new house. They keep an eye in the bait traps and replace as needed. We accidentally covered ours up with rocks when doing landscaping. They replaced them without any problems. I highly recommend this business.

Texted my Tech Chase while I was on leave, no response for several days so I called and was told he would be that week, that was 2 weeks ago.

This company did not do what they promised. The quarterly termite trap inspections I was promised only happened during the first 9 months of service. Since June of 2014 I received only 6 trap inspections. The company claims to have been there more often but they left no paperwork to prove they had serviced the traps. This past 2 years they have inspected the traps twice.

Once in March of 2016 and once in Feb. 2017. For this service I was billed $215 yearly. The company did adjust the charge down to $100 for 2016 because they admitted they had not been following a regular schedule. $100 is too much to pay for one inspection which I received in 2016. If you sign up for termite treatment with this company, you will pay over $3,000 in a 10 year period. That is a ridiculous amount for the irregular service you will receive. David Lawrence, Cecilia
