Our Sentricon bait stations are eco-friendly and a smart solution. We will place them on the perimeter of your home in a strategic pattern so that termite will feed from them and not only decline in numbers but will bring the baiting material back with them to spread around the whole colony. Once the bait has done its job and the colony is removed, our technicians will monitor those stations regularly to make sure no new colonies are popping up.
The Home Care Plan not only helps protect you and your family against the most common household pests, including rodents, but we do it with flexible payment options to make it affordable on any budget. We'll also inspect your perimeter and provide you with recommendations to help optimize your pest management program. Should something come up between scheduled visits, it's not a problem. With the Home Care Plan, you have unlimited call backs for covered pests.

We hire Waltham Pest Services under an annual service plan to treat carpenter ants, because we were told it is GUARANTEED to fully get rid it backed by their over 100 year reputation. However, after one year service, we still see carpenter ants and flies frequently. We talked to the customer service, but was told nothing is guaranteed. I am so upset about how ineffective the treatment plan is and how they over-promised.

As a first time customer, the inspector was supposed to inspect the house, naturally. Instead he thought that a phone call would do, then sent out a technician to take care of the wasp nest on the side of the house. They did do something, but it did not take care of the problem and over the next few weeks there were even more wasps. And because the inspector failed to do his job in the first place - he never even showed up to the house to do an inspection - various communication issues ensued, at which point I no longer wanted to work with them.
The Natick branch manager, who claimed to be angry at the inspector for this oversight, offered to refund my money. The refund did not come through (I waited a few weeks), and I finally had to threaten to report them to the BBB before they responded, and finally (after two rounds of that), I received my refund. I wish they could also refund my time!

Waltham has been a great business partner. Our service tech has always been incredibly thorough and always touches base with management on site to make sure that he is identifying problem areas. While the work that was done was fine, what I had an issue with was that I was called at 8 AM(they were scheduled to come by 9 AM) the morning they were to be here to tell me that they needed to be connected to electricity. I was not home and, in an off chance, my husband was but was leaving for work. I had to get home to give access to the electricity they needed. It would have been extremely helpful if I had had more than 45 minutes to be notified of this.

The technician Jeff comes twice a month and does a great job inspecting our 9 floor building. Since he's been assigned to this location, we've eradicated a rodent issue which infiltrated our offices and the commercial bakery (tenants) on the 1st floor. He's always prompt, and goes the extra mile. We appreciate Waltham Pest's service and for the work their technician Jeff has provided us at our 9 floor commercial building in back bay Boston.

I had purchased a home care for my aunt earlier this year who is having a major problem with mice. The service manager, Jason Valanbrini, service rep, Packie Cairns, and technician Brian Bourgeois, went above and beyond doing a mass trapping and making sure that the traps were placed out of reach of children while still being effective. I appreciate the teamwork, responsiveness, and quality of the work provided. And believe me, my aunt appreciates it too

I've been using Waltham Services for 5 year for my pest control, termite control and mosquito spraying. My experience with them was great until my customer service rep left late last year. Since then I've had numerous problems with lack of response from their customer service representatives. Despite repeated outreach, by both phone and email, I didn't receive responses.
When I finally did receive a response follow up has been slow and incomplete. I also haven't received notifications prior to service visits, follow up for missed visits, and have been double billed for one service. I'm hoping the response improves but if not I'll be switching to another service. The one positive aspect has been my service tech, Dennis. His professionalism and dedication to providing quality service is the reason I've put up with the current poor communication as long as I have.
