Cascade Pest was INCREDIBLE to work with. Karen worked with me over the phone to obtain photos and gain insight on the wasp nest we had found in our skylight. She took great care in working with me and the team to determine the type of wasp/insect, what to do and not do at the time of our call, and then get the appointment scheduled as soon as possible.
Once the technician was at our home, they went right to work clearing out the nest safely and checking other areas to ensure nests had not been built inside or outside of our home. The technician was incredibly thorough and friendly, and we felt great about the final result. They even made recommendations on how to prevent it from happening again and advised on appropriate timelines.
We have already gone ahead with their recommendations and were able to complete them ourselves. When we were up on the roof to do that, we were able to also see the successful work that Cascade completed. We would definitely use them again based on our experience. Thanks!

Anthony was the tech who helped us with our mice problem. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind! I had many questions for him & he answered all of them & offered suggestions. He did not pressure to sign up for anything extra, just suggested their maintenance plan which he was fine giving us time to think about it. He found a couple spots on the exterior where the mice were getting in and sealed them up for us for no extra charge.
He checked our crawl space & attic and determined where he believes they are nesting. He set multiple traps in multiple rooms & I feel confident we will trap these guys and resolve our problem in no time! I definitely recommend this company for your pest issues, it is well worth the money and peace of mind.

We've been using Cascade Pest for a few years now, and they are the absolute best. Our pest problem has been completely contained and managed with almost no effort on our part, which is the reason we contracted with them in the first place. But they really go above and beyond in service! Mike C was just out to our house for a regular inspection and trap check today and he spotted a water leak in our crawlspace.
He took a video and sent it to us, which was a huge help in convincing a plumber to come out to fix the problem right away. Mike didn't have to do that, but we appreciated him going the extra mile. Every person we've worked with at Cascade has that service mindset and it's why we recommend them so highly to our friends and neighbors.

Michelle, Cascade Pest Control technician, has serviced my home for years. She does an awesome job in communicating and responding to questions and concerns. I've had freak-outs (wondering if a beetle was a roach or a spider was a brown recluse) and in each case, she responded quickly and professionally. On several occasions I've interacted with the administrative staff at Cascade.
The customer support has always been great. I'll be moving from my current home within the next year. I will miss having a technician I know and trust servicing my home. For sure, I will be reaching out to Cascade for service in the future.

Very expensive. They will load you into annual schemes. Go for other pest control companies. They keep you into loops & loops so that you have to keep calling them every 3 months for different things. Every pest or bug or rodent etc is all extra charge. They even charge extra for calling them to your property for getting an estimate.

Today, I had a conversation with the manager, and he literally acknowledged that it's Cascade's mistake that they set up the wrong expectations with me for the service plan. Manager flat out said "it is what it is" even after acknowledging that if was gap on their end. I felt like there was lack of effort in his tone to help the customers out, lack of willingness to empathize with their customers, and lack of transparency in the communications. I don't think customers deserve such services from the business representatives and especially the managers.

Eric is awesome! He was trustworthy and educated and was able to answer all my questions! I was really impressed with the fact that they have "warranties" on certain pests as long as they continue to come back to the same area. (hornets) The customer service is also amazing! They really want to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your service.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they got us in quick! We haven't seen any ants since they have come back for our second treatment which is awesome because I was getting so tired of putting out bait traps myself and get rid of the black "aunts" in my kitchen then the uncles would show up in a different spot!

Very pleased with this company and its services. Excellent customer service from Brittany. She answered all my questions multiple times when I was trying to figure out what to do. Got an appointment within a couple days. Chris G. showed up with all of his equipment. He was so friendly and put my mind at ease about what he was doing and what to expect. It was a very quick process too. Would definitely hire them again!

We have been using Cascade services for the past three years and have been initially happy with their service, technician's professional attitude and effectiveness of service. Past year, they have changed the technician who is visiting us, he is not diligent in the service at all. We have been requesting him to inspect the crawl space since a year and it's always put off for the next visit. Today, he starts arguing about this and is rather unpleasant, telling us to sort things out with the manager first.

I have been using these guys of about 20 years. The company is good and I really like that they try to use products that are more environmentally friendly. The best part of Cascade is the technicians. Our tech, Gil, is just fabulous. Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly.can't say enough good things about him. Prior to Gil we had a tech who has since retired, Michael, and he was fabulous, too. I would and have highly recommend them.

We bought an old farmhouse surrounded by green belts, and the previous homeowners used Cascade Pest Control to manage insects/vermin. We retained them and have received the best service I could have imagined. Gil (the senior tech) is always prompt, friendly, and gets the job done while walking me through what he found/what he's preventing. I have full confidence in him and really appreciate their services. I have not had billing problems like other reviewers have; the portal is easy to manage and pay my invoices through.

Used them for a while. They switched me to electronic billing without my consent. The bill came from an entity with an entirely different name so I assumed it was fraud. Then they called me angry about payment. I have a good credit rating but I definitely don't pay things from entities I don't recognize. In any case, once it was clarified I paid them.
But then they couldn't find the payment so I had to send them proof from my bank. It seems like they should be bearing responsibility for this. I definitely don't feel like a valued customer. Sayonara.

We called Cascade because they had taken care of a rat problem next door. We thought that they would know exactly what to do about ours since both houses were build by the same home builder. We were right, the knew exactly where to look. They did the job, but their billing practices seemed somewhat unfair, especially to seniors. They did not offer a discount, but so be it!
They said that the evaluation, which did not include pictures of the problems, was supposed to include inspection of both the craw space and the attic. But because of Corvid-19 we elected to not let them to enter the house and crawl around up stairs. The price for this inspection was $320, but they did not give us credit for the fact that they were only doing half the work.
They came up with the needed work plan, and of course the recommendation to have them come out every other month. We just went with the basic plan to do the necessary work, which they quoted to be their standard $325 service. Much to our shock, when they came back they only worked on our craw space for 20-minutes and charged us the whole amount! IT WOULD BE WISE TO SHOP AROUND FOR A COMPANY THAT CHARGES LESS OR THEIR CHARGES REFLECT THE WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, NOT STANDARD LUMP SUMS.

Ive had ant issues in my home and attempted baiting them myself for quite sometime. I eventually called Cascade for a treatment. They used standard terro liquid bait that I had been using and when I mentioned I had been using it previously, the tech mentioned, "the terro bait works when placed in high travelled areas" Essentially I payed close to 400 dollars to have someone set some liquid traps down and spray insecticide around the perimeter of my home, the same process I had been following. Ant activity never changed, they don't plan on offering any sort of warranty on "work" they performed less than 3 weeks ago, and they want me to pay a monthly service fee for something I can do in 5 minutes. Do yourself a favor and do it yourself for any ant issues you have, or look for a company that will work with you, not against you.

We were cascade for quite awhile so trust me when I tell you to STAY AWAY! There were a few good technicians over the years but the management doesn't care so you are just as likely to have a miserable experience. Many times we had people show up unknown to us so they couldn't get into our backyard or crawl space. They charge us anyways.
We asked for a consistent schedule so we could be here. They said ok but wont stick to it. When we asked to get the same technician each time they told us ok and then the next month we got someone else. That happened several times. One of those times a manager came to our house and ensured us that we would get the same technician next time. Weeks later another technician / manager showed up.
When we said we didnt want him here because he was not the technician we were promised he became bilegerant and told me he would be our technician from now on so we needed to suck it up. Guess what buddy you can suck it. I am not paying a company to be rude to me. The owner's son was polite and did good work but they play so many games with scheduling that you will only get that kind of service once or twice a year.

If you've ever had a flea problem (which I hope you haven't) then you understand how infuriating and difficult they are to deal with. We had a large national company out when we realized we had an infestation inside our home from our dog who picked up some from our yard. This large company sprayed what I could have gone to Walmart and bought myself.

Chris spent so much time on the phone with me detailing options and allowing me to describe the situation in length. He advised on a couple things they would do differently and never spoke ill of his competitor. We had our home treated by Cascade and for a few days, per the flea life cycle we continued to vacuum and see fleas.
After 5 days we moved back into our home and we haven't seen a flea since. So happy with the level of attentiveness and service we've received. Our second treatment is on Friday and we are just THANKFUL for finally being out of flea hell. Terrible thing for a family to have to deal with, lucky for us, we found Cascade. Thanks to both Chris's and Ana who were all fantastic to work with.

They took care of our rodent problem, which is what I needed. However, I did find their incessant "follow up" to ask us to sign a maintenance contract and get me to give feedback annoying. If you don't mind getting repeated emails, phone calls, and text messages about signing contracts and giving them feedback, then you'll be fine.

We were so impressed with our April, 2019 service from Cascade Pest Control, they were so professional with treating our home for ants and checking for rodents. We made an appointment for a 2 hour window of time for each inspection and they would always come on-time and call 20-30 minutes ahead to let us know they were on their way. Thank you for setting the bar high for excellent service and for going above and beyond for your customers!

We invited the Cascade Pest Control to help us deal with the squirrel scratching noise we heard in attic/gutter area. They came, charged us $1000 for inspection, putting a trap and closing the space. Expensive? Yes, but we thought it's better to get a professional help before we get any pest damage. Not even 2 weeks later, the noise started again. 4 weeks later, there is a major hole in whatever mesh patch they had put there.
When I called to ask 1) why the treatment they recommended failed so soon after they installed it, and 2) what do they recommend us to do, they simply said "Start over again". When I asked for clarification if they will do something different and/or if we will get some discount given that their original work didn't last even a couple of months, they said "No discounts, you have to pay full fee again".
What a rip-off! Paying $1000 to deal with a squirrel was excessive. Requesting another $1000 to fix botched job is beyond preposterous. Now I've wasted $1000, have a worst pest issue than I had a couple of months ago AND I need to find another pest control company! What a disappointment. Definitely stay well clear of this company

Unlike some others places I called, they answered the phone and set an appointment. Technician was actually a little early. We had some yellow-jackets nest in an area near our attic. She examined the area, explained what she was doing, and took care of the problem. I found the price reasonable and they haven't come back. Also liked that they were easy to schedule and worked with my schedule.

We've used this company for 3+ years. Our rat problem hasn't gotten better, but it hasn't gotten worse. We are on the bi-monthly service plan. They have no way to bill you electronically, or for you to pay on line. Recently, their paper bill was lost in the mail, I never received it. Instead of calling, or sending an additional bill, they just canceled our next service.
Then they did call, threatening to send us to collections if we didn't pay within 5 days, and suggested we come in to their offices to pay in person. Needless to say, the bill has now been paid. However, this seemed aggressive and extreme for a customer that hasn't had a late payment in 3 years. I didn't appreciate this treatment, canceled my service and found a service I am much happier with.

We had a sudden invasion of sugar ants in our kitchen and laundry room, one day before we were going to be leaving town. I called a pest control company I found on Yelp but my call went to voice mail, so I kept looking on Yelp and found Cascade Pest Control. My call was answered promptly and professionally by a woman who was able to adjust a workers schedule to come to our house about two hours later. Josh came, made a thorough inspection, applied some kind of treatment around the entire house, and a different treatment inside the kitchen a laundry room.
The next morning the ants were swarming on the material Josh applied, as he told us they would, apparently taking it back to share in their nest. We have not seen any ants since! I definitely recommend Cascade Pest Control.

So we had a really BAD smell this morning that smelled like death at the end of our hallway in the guest room. I called Cascade Pest and Joseph came right out- Praise God! He went around up into the attic and found two dead rats and happily disposed of them for me. He also used deoderizer to rid the residual smell from the house. He also went around the entire exterior of the house and on the roof found and sealed all the openings he could find, including caulking a knot in the wood WAY up high in the north end of the house that was near the roofline.
He didnt charge any extra for those sealing jobs. Total including tax was around $350 for a. 2175 sq ft house. I would definitely recommend them. There was no push for any kind of maintenance plan either like we have had from a Terminex and other folks. Thanks Cascade Pest!

Had a great experience with Cascade Pest Control! They were able to send someone out quickly to deal with my wasp problem and were very well priced. Gil was amazing, was in and out quickly, and helped me understand what was going on, and was just overall a very pleasant guy! Will definitely be using Cascade again and referring friends and family to them.

I called the Cascade office to get information and a quote for a rodent extermination for my parent's house and spoke with Malina. She was so nice over the phone and gave me all the information I requested. She was definitely knowledgeable about the services they provide. She even sent me a follow-up email within an hour after our phone conversation. After receiving a couple more estimates, I will go with Cascade because of my positive experience with them.
